The two people working, THE GUY AND WOMAN! AWESOME! Offered Cheese, fries drinks and desert. Extremely patient and mellow. F#@k McDonald's and their app, this is the place in the middle of the night. Then to find out they were closed when they helped me! 100% x 96782 billion I'll be back! Amazing night crew! They should get tons of props! Both the guy and girl! Terrible I forgot their names! Both deserve their jobs!!

Order completely wrong. Ordered 3 ultimate cheeseburgers no bun. Simple. And ended up getting 3 PATTIES... 3... in total. And to top it off it was the junior patties. And on top of that order placed thru mobile at 643pm... didn't leave until 710pm. Tried calling 11 times already to the location to request a refund and no one picks up. I'm needing # to corporate or the manager in charge. This is ridiculous. This is not the first time they mess up this bad. How hard is it to count ? Jeez.

Went to this location the lady took our order (she was sweet, mind you) however once we get to the window the cook is shouting about all the food he has to cook , it’s a food establishment and I’m paying for it, I can order as much as I like for my family, people these days can’t just do their job but have to complain about it, if you don’t like what you do maybe look for something new cause his customer service is not up to par and maybe just keep his trap shut cause we canceled the order after hearing him complain at the window. Also it wasn’t even busy, one other car was just picking up their food but no, I assure you it was pretty dead.

Terrible terrible service supervisor name Kayla // Hello my name is Gino Ponce The customer service and supervisor Kayla advised they were only accepting door dash and Uber eat orders despite being over staffed with with 4 Employees on a Saturday night at 10:15 she advised that’s are rules as a GM At Taco Cabana on my day off I expected the lease of an order not only am I going to make a Yelp review I’m going to tell colleges family friends and all to not come to this location this is the most terrible service I’ve ever received as a consumer and not only is this the first time rather this is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to ordering food despite the time as y’all 24/7 she said no we were not willing to take my order smiled at me and did not come to the window this is the terrible location and do not recommend to people on lunch to parent to no one cause they find an excuse to not survive you

I was giving Jack in the box one more chance. One of the representatives from the corporation read my previous review and contacted me to make it right and they sent me a coupon for a meal. I used it and got me my tacos. I did get very quick service. The food was hot and good. Thank you Jack in the box.

The worst Jack in the Box I have ever been too!! They always run out of product and drinks.. always! They messed up on my orders on a empty day was no cars. More than once did they mess up. My chicken sandwich wasn’t cook right tiny tacos was missing not 2 or 3 tacos but more. I’m beyond upset. Never again

The reason I put only one, it’s cuz you can’t 0 star to be able to write a review. This place needs to close-down and be turned into a good fast food restaurant. For example: Burger King Whataburger A New York Style Pizzeria It’s either that, or just train the employees. How is it possible to wait 20mns for our food and then they give us everything old and cold…🤦🏾‍♀️ Idk, I think ya need to get better at cooking.
