Wings Army

I placed my order online and both that and the pickup process were efficient. There was an option for “extra crispy”… which was my deciding factor on getting the classic wings. Unfortunately, they were not crispy at all. We added them to the air fryer later at home. The 10 piece order allows you to decide on two favors. I preferred the Louisiana dry rub over the wet mild version. They don’t come with dip, that’s extra. The fries, that tried from my daughter’s order were also soft and crispless. Overall, the wings are better here than ones I’ve had at Buffalo Wild Wings.

I have to say I normally don’t have any issues with this location or the food but tonight I wasn’t very pleased with my food. I ordered thigh bites and I don’t recommend it. Its a bunch of fried batter with tiny bits of chicken. In two orders of thigh bites 5 or 6 of the bites pieces were actually okay the rest was just batter and oil. They should just get it out of the menu.

Called three times to place order for pick up, no one ever answered the phone. Drove to the location and placed order in person and had to wait 25 minutes for my food, would have not had to wait had they answered the phone. Guy at the counter stated he heard the phone ringing, just didn't answer it, guess it wasn't important to him. Got home and my buffalo wings were so salty I couldn't eat them. The garlic parmesan wings were good. Probably won't be back again anytime soon.

Ordered a combo and some additional wings. The order was dropped at the completely wrong building and my fries and drink were missing and my sauce was incorrect. When I called I was put on hold and then a young man took my call and hung up on me. I called back and he had no idea what was going on. Did not offer to fix my order or refund me for the parts of it that did not show up. Waste of $45.

It's not a bad spot but I'm giving it a 3 because on a Sunday at 1245. They only had one person working. That guy was doing his best to fill all these orders. The line was at the door. It took way to long to order or to get my food but I don't blame him. I blame management for not adequately staffing their store. Again, the one person working was trying his best. This is on you management be better at supporting your people.....4/22/22 update....one day I'll stop coming here all I need is a better option. Why use the online ordering for advance ordering but when I arrive to pick up my order it wasn't started until I walked in. Again, all I need is a better option

Man I completely forgot that this place was near me. I was left all by myself one evening and was just bacheloring around when I thought "hey you know what would go good with all this lonesomeness, wings." So then I kinda mentally groaned as I remembered all my trials with getting wings before but wings seemed fitting that night and I was going to slip into this fantasy like an evil step sister into a slipper (Grimm's version so you know I meant business.) So I demanded that google tell me all the locations of places that serves wings but only the ones near me or so help you. Well I think google got the message because not only did it do just that but I think I effectively put enough fear into it because it returned the info in an instant, that's good because phones are expensive and I didn't want to throw mine into the concrete to get my point across...again. Well as I was making sure google did its job properly I remembered by myself and coincidentally right after I glanced it on the search results that a Wingstop is very near by, it is good that google listed it too because I was testing it really. Well I also remembered that I really like Wingstop and "what the heck!" they brought back a flavor I really like too. Long story short (ya right) it turns out those wings fit just right and were the wings I was looking for.
