Personnel is very sweet (Karina was extra pleasant with me today). The cafe is closed for dine-in/walk-in and doesn’t have order ahead option, only the drive through and the line sometimes is getting too long. The beverages and food are good as always.

Great way to start your mornings! Great coffee , great environment. I went through the drive thru line and even tho it wrapped around the store it went by super quick. Felt like I was in a short line. The person at the window was really nice and that's something that can cheer up anyone morning if it started off wrong.

Employees are always nice. It is always packed at this location but the employees look to be working very hard and get drinks out in timely manner. Probably don’t go if you’re in a hurry. Drinks come out just as you order them I’ve never had an issue.

I alway have this dam problem no matter what time a day I go if I am paying $6 something cents for this drink I expect it to be some what full not half way full it has more foam than anything

From the Starbucks website - "At participating stores, you can use your registered Starbucks Card or Starbucks® app to purchase a beverage and then present that same Starbucks Card or Starbucks account in the app to get free refills of brewed coffee (hot, Iced Coffee or Cold Brew), and tea (hot or iced, not including lemonade) during the same store visit regardless of the original beverage. Customers without a registered account may purchase a refill at a reduced price. "
This store is charging $0.54 for a "free" refill even after I showed the cashier (who had an attitude) the official policy from the website and my registered account.
Also, please vacuum/sweep behind the chairs. I can literally see hairs, toenails, dust, and stains that have not been cleaned in a long time.

I need to start by saying I’m a Starbucks addict. This is a great location and the staff are so kind. However, it is so busy that if you do not plan ahead of time you can wait in the drive through for upwards of 30 minutes. I’ve never had any issues getting a bad order. Yes, I know I can order ahead of time but the line inside can often be just as long.
They do often run out of some pastries and other items because they are such a busy location. Please keep this in mind if you plan to stop.

This Starbucks is the best for miles and miles. Always friendly service, always get our drinks right, never an issue. There is usually a pretty long line but the parking lot is very accommodating, not cramped like most other tiny Starbucks’ lots, and the great service is worth waiting for.

Poor people, the sheer volume of orders this morning looks overwhelming. Certainly not deserving of any rude comments. Keep working hard! Maybe Leon Springs will open another some time soon. My heart goes out to those that come to work amid the pandemic and angry consumers.
