Went to get food from inside at 8pm 10-28-21. Lobby looked a wreck. Ordered food on the kiosk and paid with card receipt to my email. Got food after 20 minutes. Employee set the cup down and "drink for Logan" and walked off. Get my food and drive home. Wife went to eat her crunch wrap supreme and there was no meat. I paid extra for steak. Went back to the store and went in. Stood at the front counter for 20 minutes. Customers came and left while I waited. Whole time no one acknowledged me or other customers were there. Yes they saw us and said nothing. Get helped and tell the team leader they messed up the food and I wanted it made right. 5 minutes later another team leader comes forward to tell me they don't have steak and it would be a 30 minute wait. I said I wanted the food made as a regular crunch wrap and I wanted the managers name and a number to reach her. Employee would not give me her name. He would not give me the store number or phone number. He did want to argue and tell me he knows how to do his job. Guess he just didn't want to do his job.... also wouldn't give me a refund because he couldn't pull up past orders. He sets the food down says remake and walks off. So I get to eat all my food cold due to their mistakes and poor customer service. I guess when you work for a multi-million dollar company it doesn't matter how you make the food, how you treat customers, and that you don't take any pride in your work.

Every time we pass by there it’s never busy, we never understood why because Taco Bell is so good, until today!!!! My husband went there to get me lunch and was given the worse customer service!! There was no one there, he wanted to add an extra taco to the order and the cashier told him he had to drive around and order at the speaker. He said he only wanted one more taco, she said drive around or you don’t get the taco!!! Where did she get her training?? The mango tea was very watery, no flavor!! This experience ruined my lunch and put a damper on my husbands day! Wow!! Just wow!!! Couldn’t even read the receipt so I can do a survey!

I came here for an Uber eats Order and the so called assistant manager on shift tonight at 11:30 PM on February 13th 2022 He told me that he did not have to identify himself to me with his name what's his name regarding why they're taking 30 minutes to 45 minutes to get one order out. I would highly recommend not ever coming to this restaurant because the situation and also the customer service needs to be improved upon.

Customer service. Sometimes extremely hard to find. But always hard to define. I truly believe that the purest definition of customer service is Taco Bell on Wurzbach Road. The staff is amazing. The food is always correct and on point. After a busy day or even during a busy lunch time conference, I know that when I go into this restaurant I’m going to be treated as a guest…..no…..as family. Literally the best Taco Bell location I have ever visited. Quality quality quality. Hands-down. Everything is fresh and delicious here at this location. And the very rare instance of an actual problem, the management team is on point and ready to serve. Society continues to break down every single day, at least there is one constant left in the world. This Taco Bell location. God bless the men and women that work here. You are the true heroes.

Great selection of options for your lunch, quick bite or carving for something. It's not the real mexican food, but tastes great and portions are enough to satisfy you. It's clean, not crowded. Friendly and fast service.

I would give 0 stars if possible!! I will NEVER return to this location!!! I placed on online order for a celebration lunch, it was $122. I received the email saying my order was ready. I want inside to pick it up and was told they couldn't make my order. She also refused to refund me and told me if I wanted to I could call customer service! While I was there I saw them turn away multiple customers because the didn't have the ability to make tacos or burritos!! Why is this location open!! Don't waste your time! The one on Babcock is friendlier, cleaner, and the can make tacos!

I have been going to this Taco Bell for years and they have been open until 2am. I have tried to go TWICE in the past week after work around 10/11 at night and every time I get in line they say they’re only taking online orders. That’s so ridiculous why even have a drive thru then? I literally have driven off twice because it’s late at night and I just want FAST food. It doesn’t make sense

Love going here but lately the guy at the window is rude and doesn’t care about your drinks or food. He will give you drink a with it over flowing and not give napkins and be rude when asking.
I also tried to buy a large water for a homeless man and he said i couldn’t. He said, “the largest size for a water was a medium” even when I offered to pay for it. He said he still couldn’t. I just wanted to give this man a large water but I was only able to get him a medium and a taco. New changes need to be made in the world. Some people need things and just a new start sometimes.
