Rios BBcoa has been my main go to place for weekend bbcoa and menudo for over 15yrs. The food has always been on point. IMO the best bbcoa and menudo in town. Go early before the menudo sells out.

Menudo is good but over salted. They dont provide tortillas with menudo order. But customer service is awesome!!

It used to be the best barbacoa.
It used to be no grease on it.
Now I noticed that there are new staff workers and the barbacoa is served with lots of grease.
I will find another place 😔

First of all they rarely open at the time advertised. These young people in charge of the place have no idea what soap and water does for your hands. They scoop up food and are not wearing hair nets.
When I walked in this morning an employee was sniffing a container of hot sauce and leaves it on the counter which most likely will be served to a customer not knowing what he just did. This is most likely the last time I buy anything here.

Amazing barbacoa. I always get the #1 combo. On Saturdays is the best time to go, on Sundays they usually run low on stock. The staff is friendly and helpful. The follow covid guidelines. Good place

My husband ordered 2lb of barbacoa around 10:30a Sat morning I wanted some Meñudo but they already were sold out- Our "to go" bag had everything in it for a ready to go breakfast (silverware, extra sauces, even our extra sides of lemons and onions were neatly packaged) The barbacoa was SUPERB!!! It says a lot about a place that is only open on weekends and sells out before noon.. We will be frequenting this gem a lot!

We get our Barbacoa here pretty much every Sunday. Guy running the place is always friendly. Price is reasonable and overall a pleasure coming in here.
