Rios BBcoa has been my main go to place for weekend bbcoa and menudo for over 15yrs. The food has always been on point. IMO the best bbcoa and menudo in town. Go early before the menudo sells out.

Amazing barbacoa. I always get the #1 combo. On Saturdays is the best time to go, on Sundays they usually run low on stock. The staff is friendly and helpful. The follow covid guidelines. Good place

Did they say barbacoa !? I believe they did.... Five stars for barbacoa, FIVE !!!!! Don't get no tortillas just get the barbacoa that's all you ever going to need...

My husband ordered 2lb of barbacoa around 10:30a Sat morning I wanted some Meñudo but they already were sold out- Our "to go" bag had everything in it for a ready to go breakfast (silverware, extra sauces, even our extra sides of lemons and onions were neatly packaged) The barbacoa was SUPERB!!! It says a lot about a place that is only open on weekends and sells out before noon.. We will be frequenting this gem a lot! Also very proud it's in our neighborhood..
