It's McDonald's and you know what to expect. This location is in a busy area but isn't busy in itself. That means the food comes faster than other fast food. Don't exit on the side street unless you absolutely have to turn left (south) on Broadway. The light takes forever and your food quality will suffer. It's not like there's a lot of that to spare...unless you got fries.

Honestly I don't know how the through time is so slow, the wait is so long that even though I live right by this McDonalds I now go to the one on San Pedro because even with the extra drive time it's faster. I tried using the app for curbside recently because I only needed a couple of teas and somehow that was still over 20 minutes. Not to mention if you park in the wrong spot their long single drive through line will trap you in your spot.

i stopped at this location 30 minutes before i was due at work. all i ordered was 1 sausage biscuit & 1 hashbrown, through the app. i pulled up to the window, got my receipt & went to the next window. the lady said she didn’t have my order as she only had 1 mobile order & it was picked up. i told her i placed it on the app & repeated what i ordered. she told me to move to the 3rd window where i waited 17 minutes for the most basic order!!! i had to call & whoever answered yelled that i was waiting. they forgot about me! i was late to work, didn’t even get to eat. i tried again for lunch & my order was wrong. i asked for a burger with no onions. of course it was smothered in onions. like are you serious??? i do not recommend this location at all. they’re very incompetent.

It was my first time coming to this Mc Donalds because it was a trip. The customer service here was great. We had a van packed of us and needed the largest meal. They gave us plenty of options for largest nugget count meals combos and everything. Super patient. Definitely would come here again if I had another trip in San Antonio

Just left here again and as usual the website says open but from what I can tell past experiences included the employees refuse to open on time . The fact that the times changed on the website recently means nothing because even with the update they continue to open the store an hour late then when they are supposed to . I addressed the employee with a grey shirt (I assume she is shift manager due to the color of her shirt)who came out already annoyed and telling me they don't open until 7 I politely said no problem but you may want to let your manager know that the site is displaying the wrong time. She then got an additude even more and told me that's not what the site said I showed her on my phone where it says they're open and she responded with well and a shoulder shrug. I mean I get not wanting to do your job but why even come in if that's the case this place sucks😔

Been going to this McDonald's off and on for 33 years. I have seen the architecture change more than once. Normally I use the drive thru line and other than a couple bad hires over the years and a more recent drive-thru experience with a digital, marketing scheme makes for good business unless you are trying to order ala cart than it has a tendency to overcharge if you are not paying attention. Other than that and the robotic "do it yourself" cashier BS I think is impersonal. That said, food is always consist and quickly dispensed. And most of the time they are freindly. They have improved closer to the standard set by the McDonald's further north on Broadway which has always had exemplary service just past 410.

Came to this McDonald today for breakfast. First being told I had to order on kiosk, and that it accepted cash. Then once I tried to place my order it stated 'head to cashier to pay' .
Having to ask the staff to wipe down a table for me and them saying 'I already cleaned that one' despite it being obviously dirty. My last straw was getting a refill of coffee and the staff spilling coffee on my hand!! I will not be returning.

Not good. Food was terrible. Went through drive-thru and ordered a Quarter Pounder, fries and soda using a coupon received by mail. Took one bite of fries and they cold. Box containing burger was cold too. Reentered drive-thru line and explained the situation, and the shift leader appeared annoyed that I asked for replacement items. Bit into burger and it was greasy, awful. Fries tasted like cardboard. I don't usually get quarter pounder; only tried it bcoz of coupon. Quality of the food was subpar. Hopefully, what happened during this visit was an abarrancy but next time I'll stick to my regular cheeseburger and small fry.

This location is the worst there was hair in my food they didn't answer the phone so I can report it a so now they don't want to replace my order as if it's coming out of someone's paycheck personally!!! I'll continue to rate u all 0 every chance I get

Had a very bad experience with the manager (Roxanne Nichols). Very rude, unhelpful, and truly one of the most disrepectful people I've ever met. Refused to call the owner when asked. So I called the owner, who was very nice and listened to my concerns. I will give another try and hopefully this will have changed.
