Burger King

So I ordered a few items online, get home and had something missing. I called the store a few times to let them know and no answer. So I go back and they knew exactly what I was coming back for. What is so hard about yall checking the bags and communicating to each other to let yourselves know everything's in bag? It's ridiculous! I could understand if the establishment is busy but there was only a few people there. Then my fries looked like someone had eaten from them. (not a full order of fries) All the food was cold 😡

Now I understand why all the burger kings are closing all over town. They have Nothing! No shakes, no fish sandwich, no Hershey pie, no Coke. What do you have? I'm surprised this location is still open considering the individuals who work and hang around loitering this area. Just get past the inevitable and close all the locations down.

Placed order and waiting 30 minutes. Had to go to front counter and ask for my food. I understand we all do mistakes on accuracy but not even an apology from cashier or the manager. As a manager myself the first thing we have to do is apologize. Food was given to me hot but the customer service needs improvement.

Requested fresh and got burger in serve thru. After paying the bun was cold and dry and tasted like it had been cooked the previous shift. Cashier at window had attitude when I asked for a freshly made burger and not left overs. Of course that didn't happen. When I asked for my money back the attitude was worse. I guess the sign "have it your way" can be considered FALSE ADVERTISING.

Burger King has not always been one of my favorite fast food places not by choice but my parents always seemed to go for the healthier choices such as wendys, McDonald's and where they offer more of a variety and they usually get a salad. So I was pleasantly surprised when I bit into the burger...quite tasty, no wonder my parents kept me away from burger king...👍
