My burger looked like Freddy Krueger himself prepared it. Whoever made it knew exactly how to burn and mutilate the burger till I couldn't taste any flavor! My standards are already pretty low for McDonald's, but that's just sad lol.

Charged me for the wrong order. My order was like $17; they charged me about $9. I asked, to avoid waiting for the money to redeposit onto my account, could they just charge me the difference 17-9=8. Charge me for 8 dollars worth of food, and just don't make the food. Put a happy meal and extra fry or something. The manager agreed and refunded me the 9 dollars. After I had wasted my breath explaining the situation.. She said she couldn't do it my way for whatever reason (yes, I asked why not she couldn't answer the question). I was holding up the drive-through line, so I explained to the manager that I would talk to her inside; she agreed. When I got inside, they were telling me that I couldn't be inside. Why did your manager allow me to say I was coming inside, and I wasn't able to come inside? I know English wasn't her native language. I don't think she understood me, but there were people there while we were talking through the drive-through windown, who understood me and could've explained better or even corrected me.

The manager here is probably the most incompetent person to work in the fast food industry. I’m not sure who hired him but he literally doesn’t know how to run this store. We were trying to use the mobile app and they don’t even ask if we want to use it first off but we were trying to use our “mix and match” rewards on the phone and told us we can’t use two codes but the app said it can… and so we had to use two separate orders. But when he ran up the order he was like yea so that meal will be basically free and I’m sitting there thinking like well no duh man… have you not used the app where it says it’s free???? Needless to say, the regional manager needs to get rid of that manager. He’s a very dumb baby.

Unable to fulfill my mobile order due to "system issues" and told me they are only accepting cash. I told them I could pay cash if they would fulfill my mobile order since I could show them what I ordered. They plainly told me they wouldn't honor the discount I had on my mobile order after I showed them my order I had already placed. Had to cancel my order and leave.

This was one of the worst experiences at any McD's I have had. We went in an ordered and paid. No receipt printed and an employee said they were out of receipt paper. When we went to sit down, the tables were blocked off. Further, no signs on the door that the dining room was closed. We asked an employee if we could sit and she said yes. A few minutes later, a different employee came and said we couldn't dine in. We told him someone else said we could, he rudely stopped us and said we couldn't. So I asked for a refund... and he asked me for the receipt. I told him that no receipt printed because they were out of paper. He signed and went to their screen, took a picture of it with his phone and proceeded with the refund. He then said that it would take 3-5 days for me to get the refund and if I didn't, he said to call back and speak with the manager; however, he added that he didn't know when she would be in so try and ask for Annette, that she might be in. Again... horrible experience.

I am going to keep going to this mcdonalds because it's so close. But I would be doing the community wrong if I hadn't mentioned this. I have gone to this mcdonalds dozens upon dozens of times and the percent of times they have screwed up my order is astounding. It's become foolish for me to come back but again I am too lazy to go elsewhere. The people tend to be nice but I go here knowing that half of my orders are going to be wrong.

This McDonald’s has provided horrible customer I literally went through the drive-Thur sat in lane for 25 minutes got to the speaker said hello 3 times no response waited 4 minutes still no response!!! I drove to the window the cashier asked for the order I then told cashier I was unable to place order due to no response at the speaker, the cashier respond to me with an UGLY attitude said I’m busy I can’t be attending both speakers. I said it isn’t about you being busy if your busy you could’ve provide customer service that’s my saying I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU. Cashier said no!!! I than asked to order my food cashier closed window said no I was in TOTAL SHOCK as this point he opened the window again I was like did u just close the window on me a refused to take my order. I asked to speak to the manager which in this case was WORSE he defend his employee the whole time told me he wouldn’t take my order I have never seen this before customer always comes FIRST. The sad part I come to this McDonald’s very often have seen some issues with customers in the lobby and certain managers resolves this issues well. The general manager CHRIS definitely needs to be re-trained on customer service the Expectations of serving customers!

If long wait times are your thing this is the place to be in the morning when it’s not busy at all..waited a good 10 minutes Before the drive threw speaker box decided to take my order and another 10 to pay for my order so they can get my order wrong after asking me about 5 times to Repeat my order.. finally reaching the window to get my food the cashier assured me The breakfast condiments and silverware are in the bag only to find out that they weren’t and had to use my hands to eat dry cold pancakes almost forgot my drinks if I hadn’t ask about them. Me and my daughter decided just to completely trash the whole breakfast wasting money. How upsetting the food was.
