This was supoosed to be one of their new spicy melts, it arrived cold to the touch, nothing melted.. the patties where dry and also cold to the touch. Absolutely no attempt was made to practice any sort of food prep saftey or follow the training they should have been given in store. They where not busy, we where the only vehicle in the drive through. When i approached them inside about the meal i was literally given a "whatever" so i left tge food on the counter and walked out. Avoid this location, not worth getting sick over.

Wasn't a good experience. I understand they are short staffed but the attitude and attention to detail were lacking. My daughter's bacon double cheeseburger only had one patty of meat and it had condiments when we asked for plain and dry. Nothing was offered to be fixed, the guy just shrugged said sorry and walked away. They could have re-made it or at least refunded the difference of a bacon double cheeseburger to a bacon cheeseburger. The chicken nuggets were nasty. We will not be returning. I highly recommend you avoid this place.

Just left from this location. First off the guy taking the order was extremely rude. I was ordering the 2 for 10 meal deal and before I was even done with what I was saying, he cut me off to ask what drink we wanted. Then when I had to tell him that we wanted one of the drinks large and cheese on both of the burgers, clearly he got irritated cause then he had to go back and fix it. Mind you, if he had just been patient, the entire ordeal could have been avoided and I wouldn't be here writing this review on how bad this experience was. He then asked if we wanted anything else but didn't allow not even a second to allow us to respond, gave us the total and told us to pull up to the window. Like wow, I wasn't even finished ordering! I said excuse me a few times with no response. Clearly they don't want repeat customers because after that happened, I drove off. I wasn't going to pay for a meal that probably was going to be wrong anyways.

After a 12hr shift, I did not want to come home to cook. I picked up my son & headed to Burger King on Walzem. When I pulled up to order the voice said I'll will be with you shortly. I said thank you. Yes Ma'am she replied. Most places just have you waiting without anyone knowing you waiting. Voice was back and asked if we were ready to order. I said yes order my order. One of my Burger I said no Mayo. She said yes ma'am. Continued with my order and asked us to pull up 2nd window. When car in front left we proceeded to window. Where we were greeted by none the less Ms. Esther. She read the order back to me like a professional. Exactly how i ordered it. She charged me handed me the drinks, then my order. I told her she has excellent customer service. Super confident & happily working. Thank you Ms. Esther you made our Sunday Funday Great.

The worst experience ever!!!!! The manager is rude and when you try to get a refund back for nasty food they tell you sorry that’s not there problem. The food was prepared poorly the fries freaking disgusting. I highly recommend people to NOT eat here and save their money.

Went through the driver thru and not only did they mess up the order, but gave us a order for someone who ordered through the app.. Then we go back to get it corrected and still the order is completely wrong. Apparently people there do not know how to read a receipt and get the order correctly. I will never go there again.

Ordered the two whopper meal deal. The extra onions and pickles were only on one sandwich not both. And there were chunks of lettuce, great for a salad, not so much for a sandwich.

I'm a retired chef but today was the worst food and service ever . We ordered 3 meals but only got 2 and the employees were rude but the worst the managers did not say anything to make things correct. Not going to return back again for bad service and poor quality of food .
