I wish I could post a review with zero stars. I go to this location very often. This evening the girls working drive thru were very rude. Very limited on food they had cooked, which isn't the issue just an inconvenience. I asked for extra soy sauce and sweet and sour 5 times. The girl.laughed at each other and did ok. One girl then said I'm just giving her one and laughed thinking I didn't hear. It's not the fact I didn't get extra sauces juts the flat intentionally disrespect when I was asking very nicely. I will not be going to this location anymore. I will drive farther just to not deal with rude employees.

This was the worst experience I’ve had a panda. Not only did they forget my egg roll that I paid for, they gave me a sauce I didn’t ask for. The customer service at the drive thru was terrible! She acted as if I was bothering her. And when I called the manager acted as if it was no big deal. Worst customer service!! Definitely won’t be going to back!!!

I left at 3:30 the girl with long lashes is on point! I was in and out in less than 5 mins!! I hope she's working when I get off work I just want food and I want to be out the door! Great customer service !!!

So I go here a few times but today really did the job to where I felt like they robbed me of my money. I got dinner for me and my husband and the portions that they put was ridiculous so bad that it is not worth it. It looked like old food and not fresh. When I tried calling no one answered Bc I wanted my money back. And I called twice. I won’t be back to this location and I should have known Bc this is not the first time they miss up this bad.

Good service. But I've noticed that from sometime now the meats sides are mostly veggies and a super small amount of meat. We are paying for something and really just getting a bunch of veggies with almost no meat. 👎🏼

Food is good but got my order wrong and what they gave the rice was hard and dry. The evening girls act like they don't want to work there.

I wish I could give 0 stars it seems everytime I tried to order food from here it's sold out? How outrageous and unacceptable by a corporate food chain like this. How do you run out of Orange Chicken the literal staple of your restaurant. This place is a joke! Avoid at all costs!
