Little Caesars

Had 2 gentleman working the store I think, wait time was fine unless you have patience. They promised 10 minutes and it may have been around 15 minutes until I got my pizza, they we're cool , I thought they we're going to be rude after reading all these one Star reviews as I waited for my food. They apologized for the extra 5 minute wait time, it looks like they're really understaffed and I went on a Friday at 3:10 pm. Ordered a ultimate supreme pizza it looks fine too me and tastes how a normal Little Caesars pizza normally tastes.

Had a great experience, even though the reviews say otherwise. I took my mom to get lunch and we decided on the lunch combos. They didn’t have any ready but the manager David was very helpful and generous to us. He even let us have a different topping if we wanted. It’s was a small wait time but very fresh and delicious. Thanks again David for your kindness.

Not surprised there's several 1 star reviews here. 1st thing store is dirty. 2nd no hats or hairnet on any employees. Definetly no masks for anyone who cares.. by the way i didnt see any gloves on the cook. Order online for pick up. Showed up and the manager was yelling to his employee to tell me i was 18minutes early....which I wasn't the app said pick up 8:05pm I ordered at 7:40pm. Fine. I ordered cheese sticks, 1 hot n ready and 1 deep dish to try for the first time ever. I wait the 18minutes in my car I come back in And literally the cashier didn't remember and asked me all the same questions and then said "the deep dish pizza fell apart so we have to remake it so its another 20minute wait." I said please just cancel the deep dish. And the manager Rolando or roland came to tell me that they do edit cancel or refund online orders so I had to wait. I didnt have my "pizzas" until 7:38pm. They were uncooked and messy. I love little ceasers but this place is ruining the name. This place is a mess. I think they'd have better results with trained monkeys🐒 🙈 🐒 from the zoo. Oh yeah I live 2.min from and the order was cold!!!! Uggghhhh fo t.k ow what is up with the deep dish looks like they just threw cheese and Italian sausage on the withe paper it was all stuck to it.

This location has decent staff however this location is understaffed and always very busy. For the last couple of visit they have been very apologetic for the delay in all services. They almost never have it together to even have a hot-n-ready pizza available without a 15 minute wait. I feel for them but at some point sorry doesn't cut it and just sounds like lip service. I think its time for the labor force to offer a better wage to film jobs and prevent lackluster service because even people on service that are really good can't be expected to work the job of multiple people all at once. Its unfair and unreasonable. Also no one gets what they want. Like walking out with a pizza without having to wait as advertise. Until then don't think I'm gonna give them my patronage again. Also this location has no working drive thru. Wth.
