Mcdonald's

Waste of money. Given fries that taste almost stale I asked for them to be remade and then she poured a ton of salt and was taking her sweet time to put the fries in a bag. She took my sandwich out the bag and put it on the counter so I didn’t have a bag to put it in. Waste of time and money. I will not be going back.

I ordered a pineapple mango smoothie and it just tasted like water!! I told the staff it don’t taste right, the staff didn’t really care at all and wanted to offer me something else to drink! The lady who worked did. not wanna make me a new smoothie! Really disappointed about me Donald’s! If this happens at other places they offer you a new one right away without finding excuses! Very sad Mc Donald’s!!

I went to this location a few hours ago and it was wonderful. Renee was very personable. After she took care of my order the next little boy in line wanted a certain Hot Wheels toy. Even though they didn't have the one he wanted Renee took the time to talk with him and went to the display case to show him which ones they did have. -I'm writing this review because I've seen plenty of Managers not interact with kids. Renee was amazing and should be acknowledged by her upper management for her customer service 💯

Unfortunately, this is the location closest to our house but they can't ever get our order correctly and then when you let them know they act like you're lying and then the manager Rose is so unprofessional it's ridiculous. They need a whole new crew starting from the managers on down to the cashiers who act like every condiment you ask for is taken out of their checks.

Once every 6 months or so I go to Mickey D ‘s and have either a Big Mac and a quarter pounder or 2 cheeseburgers and some fries both choices are near fatal for 55 and olders, but I always appreciated that they employ kids trying to get college money or help with the family. The problem is they have 25-30 employees that only get 1-2 days a week so the manager and asst manager get the big bonus for keeping costs low. Really hard to save anything if you can’t feed your family or save for college, sad way of doing business....
