Terrible service. We went in at 10 pm and they close at 12am. Place was not packed at all but we still waited 30 minutes to place our drink order only after we flagged a waitress down. Our fried pickels still had batter on them from not being fried all the way through. When we got our wings both boneless and traditional had barely any sauce on them and were very dry. We were continously flagging our waitress down for napkins and refills. Terrible service all the way around.

At Buffalo wings at city base. Our food came, the lady said our server will be right with us. Ten minutes later I get up and go to the restroom to get paper towels. We had no napkins nor there plates. I was really disappointed with our server she had others doing her job. One gets our drinks order, another brings out our food . I always leave a tip but not today. How funny she just brought out our plates. Did not apologize just set them there and walked away.

Had a wonderful time at this location. We were able to sit in the bar area with our family to watch our basketball games. Jeffrey was our server, toke the best care of us. Enjoyed speaking with Rex the service manager, he was walking around insuring all guest were happy. Will be back, enjoyed everyone at this location, it was nice to see the team working together.

The waitress was awesome. My family and I received food very fast. I was even told by the waitress I can get free nachos if I sign up for the rewards (I did).
This location is by far cleaner and better in every way including service than the one on zarzamora and i35.

I’m currently here and just finished my meal. The waitress did not bring us napkins with our appetizer and she did not check up on us to see if we needed anything. Half of our wings were undercooked and she brought us the check before we were even halfway through our meal. To top it all off not once did she ask if we needed a refill and did not bring us wipes for our hands. By far the worst BWW I’ve even been to anywhere in the country. Never coming back to any BWW after this experience!!!

I don't go to bars or wings places to start with, but that's where my group decided to go. If my group decides to do it again, I'm going home.
If you like noisy sports bars and like to watch people getting beaten in the name of sport while you eat long awaited bar food served cold, then this is your place.
Other people seemed to enjoy the place.
I noticed couples had to sit next to each other and get close to be able hear each other. So that's a plus.

I was visiting San Antonio and stopped here. The young man who took my order was great. However, when my order was brought to the counter. The young lady didn't acknowledge me. Didn't say a word when I was trying to speak with her. I left back to my hotel. I had no utensils.. napkins... I ordered ranch for my dipping sauce and salad. I got none. I had a salad with no dressing and no fork. I ordered celery and carrots with my wings... I got none. I ordered all flats . They gave me drums. Which is not a big deal.. but I paid extra for all of this. Very bad experience. But I did add a star for the young man that took my order.

We stopped coming here because service was terrible and the wings were worse! I think they got new management, which is probably why buffs has been way better than it was a year ago. We always sit at the bar and wings are delivered FAST.

This place is currently the best it has been since the day it opened. Excellent management, wait staff, bar, great food, and cleanliness. I've been coming since the day they opened and have never seen it run so well as today. Keep up the great work.

This used to be my favorite spot. Yesterday I was dissapointed. The greeter was rude. They got the order wrong. We were served a salad on a hot plate. The waitress was so so. We probably won't go back.

Had a great evening with the family! Waitress was prompt,courteous,and check on us regularly to make sure we were satisfied. Wings,onion rings,chips &queso dip were on point! Too many young workers just standing around talking with the customers that kinda bothered us he was just standing there next to out booth

The wings are very good. I little pricey compared to other restaurants of same menu items. The Jamaica jerk seasoning is very good. Not too hot but with a little bite. Perfect!
