At Buffalo wings at city base. Our food came, the lady said our server will be right with us. Ten minutes later I get up and go to the restroom to get paper towels. We had no napkins nor there plates. I was really disappointed with our server she had others doing her job. One gets our drinks order,

The waitress was awesome. My family and I received food very fast. I was even told by the waitress I can get free nachos if I sign up for the rewards (I did).
This location is by far cleaner and better in every way including service than the one on zarzamora and i35.

I’m currently here and just finished my meal. The waitress did not bring us napkins with our appetizer and she did not check up on us to see if we needed anything. Half of our wings were undercooked and she brought us the check before we were even halfway through our meal. To top it all off not once

We stopped coming here because service was terrible and the wings were worse! I think they got new management, which is probably why buffs has been way better than it was a year ago. We always sit at the bar and wings are delivered FAST.
