I ordered a bag of ice and a blue coconut slush. After 15 minutes of waiting patiently I ordered a ocean water which came out promptly. Asked the server about my original ordered, replied suggested they forgot about it. Drive thru lane was moving steadily but I was still waiting for my order. 25 minutes and still nothing. Whatever was happening inside to delay this must be addressed. Left after that. However other than this experience everything is always good. Food is fresh, hot and never disappointed me . I don't eat at sonic often, I tried to order on the app and it wouldn't work (it needed an update which I did later) so I went to the store and ordered. The experience was good, but I think I got there at shift change because I saw a lot of people leaving and I had to wait like 30 minutes for my order. I didn't order anything special. It was 2 burgers, a hot dog and 3 tots and 3 drinks. It really shouldn't have taken that long. I couldn't pay at the lane I was in because the screen wasn't working so the car hop came out and asked me about my payment and had to take it inside to process it.

Got back from ordering at sonic and started to get all the food out of the bags i noticed that the large tator tots were not a full order i got fries and they tried to cover it up with the tator tots come on now. Plus even i wanted the fries they were old and hard. Will not be going back. I would not give you one star but that how my order is valued

Yesterday I ordered a cheeseburger and chicken strips plus 2 diet Cokes. Cost $17. When I paid with credit card guy at window told me that my card only charged me $7. Could I pay the remainder in cash, $10. I paid him cash but thought this was strange. I waited for five minutes, no drinks or food delivered. Finally same guy reappears and tells me the chicken strips were dropped on the floor on the way to being cooked and he would give me a store credit of $6. Asked my name, put it in his cell phone and said whenever I was in area just tell Sonic I have a six dollar credit. Then he disappeared and another five minutes goes by. We must have been at drive thru window 15 minutes with a huge line behind us. A new guy appears and asks for my receipt. He brings me the chicken and cheeseburger and drinks. As we are driving off we see the first guy, he had taken a break and never gave us our food! My impression is this guy ripped off Sonic and pocketed the $10 cash and was about to steal our chicken dinner. My daughter didn’t eat the chicken after hearing it fell on floor. She didn’t want food poisoning. It’s sad how all these Sonics are going downhill.

I've never seen a busier sonics in my life. I waited 15min for someone to take my order and decided to just do it thru the app instead, since nobody seemed to be outside to ask. They got my order but didn't have some items I ordered so they wanted me to cancel my order and reorder it. I couldn't. The manger couldn't. So he just gave me a drink in substitute of my food. I waited 40min for a Frito pie and a drink..just to wait another 10min for the other half of my order. Which was 2 shakes 😑 took over an hr for 4 simple items. I would've left but I had already paid. Why they brought it out in separate trips seemed odd. Never again!

Huge let down. Don't bother getting the pickle fries. They were dried out, overcooked and didn't come with ranch.

Today we came for 50 cent corn dog day. Sadly sadly we were again disappointed because the corn dogs weren't very warm. I'm not sure how they make ice cream these days but it didn't taste like ice cream or ice milk it just tasted kind of like cold stuff!!Also, they were so under staffed. The website was not working correctly probably because every stall was full and people going through the drive-through and more people pulling up every minute. I'm sure their site was just overwhelmed. I know others were having problems with the app because the car hops told me they were. I find it very disappointing to go to one of my favorite places, sonic, only to find out it's mediocre at best. My heart is breaking!! If you go don't have high hopes set your expectations low....

So I like the old fashion raspas with ice cream. When I order a cherry cream slush I want my ice cream at the bottom and the slush at the top. But it's always mixed and just once I would appreciate a NON sticky cup.

Had I seen the reviews of this sonic beforehand I would've never stopped here! Sad because it is conveniently located near the medical center & because of my experience I will never stop here again. Never have I been given a sonic hot dog that looks like someone ate & then vomited into the tray! Even the toast on the grilled cheese was burnt! Disgusting experience! Would give 0 stars if I had the option

This is literally the slowest sonic ever. Getting people just one drink should not take 20 min+.
I’ve been here on numerous occasions and am fed up with it. Only like one person on shift at all times it seems. Only reason it could logically take this long.

I was shocked when I got my order so quickly. I get home to see I got luke warm and old looking Buffalo wings instead of my Sweet Asian wings! $5 down the drain since I'm too tired to drive back!!

Wth is wrong with the speakers, all the time! Y'all trying to kill me giving me hot Dawgs! Don't dine with the swine, thank you very much. When y'all going to build a bigger Sonic, or get competent order takers, there's a time limit to get hot food ready....it's not hard! Observed the cashier ring out the soapy rag from a bucket off the floor and put the lids on my drink and handed the cups with wet hands, do you not understand...who cleans & serves food!? All that money y'all making....smh

I’m literally in line still and after being rudely addressed by Lindsay on the speaker with “what can I get you” rather then a hi or hello.... then when ordering a shake and before I could make a request for the shake she says “that it” then I said no and asked if she heard what I was asking and she said “yes” and repeated part of what is said. I repeated what I was asking and again before the last word was out of my mouth she abruptly says “is that all” I again said no and proceeded w my order to be interrupted with a “ok is that it” and that’s when I asked for her name. I can’t stand when being rushed and also the tone of her voice was rude as all get out. This particular location has never been one to write home about but I’m not tolerating some little 20 nothin year olds disrespecting and giving snarky half butt service. Someone needs to check her before she talks like that to the wrong person and they cause a scene. If you don’t like your job or cannot perform it without bringing personal issues w/ then probably not the right fit. Jus sayin. Stuff like this kills businesses. SMH
