Mcdonald's

Stopped here on the road home and I’m beyond dissatisfied. We ordered out food was told to park around the front because there was someone already waiting (in order to get fresh food ) in which we did. We waited over thirty minutes and our order never came out. We went to the window around 11:01 and all the night shift literally ignored us when we were knocking on the window asking for our food or refund they literally laughed and never opened the window. 15 mins later after steady knocked a manager finally comes out and said she delivered the first and second order first of all we never had two orders so boom you gave our food away after we waited and we’re on a timed schedule. Nobody cared why did it take us constantly knocking for something to be done why not see what’s going on from the jump we were literally holding our receipt up to the window asking for our refund while they laugh Ed and swept the floor. I will be contacting corporate as soon as they open up someone has to be held responsible or taught better customer service skills or better yet taught how to give the correct food to customers

Went in to order to go on the computer terminal on 3-6-22 around 19:30. The computer was great, didn't mess up my order at all, and was patient the whole time! Sadly the burgers were cold and by no means fresh, the fries you ask? Have you ever had fries that were, almost warm and are basically salt-free? If I hadn't been home and hungry after a ten hour shift I would have went straight back to get everything made fresh. Sadly I'm exhausted so everything in the microwave for 30 seconds and choke it down with a flat coke. Oh! We also didnt get ketchup or napkins, I guess you have to save money somewhere right?

Absolutely the slowest McDonald's in history!! It took nearly 40mins to get my food. I've seen sloths and turtle move faster. The person who took my order was extremely rude and the manager I spoke to was even ruder and full of excuses on why it took nearly 40 mins to get my food. Then get home and my order was wrong.

This place has a labor shortage. If you are not prepared to work the kiosk, this is not the place for you. The Big Mac buns were kinda stale and hard. The food was cold. There was little to no mac sauce on the two Big Macs I ordered. There was no one on the counter the whole time I was there to get me any.

Hi I am a regular here everyday I come to the drive-thru in order through the app and I noticed that the app charged me twice I wanted the special deal will you buy one cheeseburger and you get the nuggets free so the app has a function to edit and I edit it and I still got charged twice I'm on a budget my money is is limited for the gas and so I asked the cashier to cancel it and she said no cuz the app already charged me your system in the draft you should have a special section to be able to accommodate the customers I already notified the app but I'm still not happy because I got charged a lot of money when I only wanted one of the special deals I hope McDonald's correct this and refunds my money Part two replying to your email..why did mc Donald's support emailed me my receipts? I wanted my refund for one of them.
