Service here is like baby's first server job. The server did not refill our drinks unless I hunted him down. Had no idea about the menu, and was generally unhelpful. The server could not answer any question I had about the seasoning. And when a major part of the food is one of 5 seasoning you can get I had questions. The garlic butter was way too potent and ruined the flavor of the Alaskan king crab. The house was just not right. I wanted crawfish and did not care where I got it. But between the service and not good boils, I think red lobster would have been better. I just really wanted craw fish.

My wife and I ate at Boiling Seafood for lunch and loved. We shared Sack #2 and it was more food than we could finish. Huge shrimp! We had the Cajun seasoning at Hot spice level and it was perfect. Server was very attentive.

Friendly, nice, and quiet. Food was great. The boil is close to Hot n Juicy, not quite, but close enough. They've been open for about a month. I never came to the place before (Cajun Crawfish), but Boiling Seafood gets my vote!

Came today to try it out. I’ve been a seafood lover and have been to different seafood boil restaurants. The server I had was not at all helpful. She brought my food out, and I asked for my utensils, my sides, and butter which took about 10+ mins to come out. The rest of my food was getting cold, AND my cup of rice had soap in it! The girl server at first told me that however how much pound of seafood I got will still max at to the same price given on the menu. I specifically asked her about it, and she said yes! My bill came out to be a big amount. Again, She was NOT at all helpful. My first (and will be the last) experience was terrible. Very disappointed.

We went there for dinner Saturday and had a positive experience. Food was good. We ordered a pound of shrimp and two pounds of crawfish cajun and house style. All flavors were delicious. Even the non spicy cajun had a kick for our little ones. All in all, we will return. Solid.

First I want to thank the wait staff because they did the best they could with what they had.
I ordered two lobsters, sausage and corn. The sausage was good as was the corn, however, the lobster needs a lot of work.
The lobsters were overcooked and very bland, not even a hint of a salt water crustacean.
The garlic butter made it somewhat palatable but after a few bites you start to wonder why you came. Then that is when you remember that the new management moved away from a fantastic Pho restaurant that made a broth so good it tasted fresh a day later to a simulated southern boil restaurant complete with zip tied nautical decorations on the walls.
To management...please PLEASE go back to the Pho format. We customers loved it and through social media, and a little strategic planning, you could have a hot far northwest side spot on your hands.
You have a great team, just go back to Pho please.

I'm from Lousiana and I love crawfish. I ordered crawfish, corn, and potatoes. Only thing I ate was the corn. For the first time ever, I threw crawfish away. This crawfish had all the seasoning on top and tasted like it was boiled in water. I should have known not to get it when they asked me what flavor and heat. It's crawfish, I want crawfish flavor. I was disappointed.

I'm from Houston, so I have ate a lot of cajun and boils. San Antonio had the lack of great seafood boils and cajun, until I came across this spot. Im pretty picky but the seafood boils and cajun seasoning here is pretty good.
