Wow....... Let me start by saying I've loved DQ my whole life..... But I think it's time I say goodbye forever.
The last three times I've been over charged , and the last three times I've gotten my order all messed up , and the quality of food this time around made me sick. Litterally throwing up. The oil in which the steak fingers and chicken were fried tasted so gross, it seems like they haven't changed the oil in months. I opened my chicken sandwhich and appears to have a bite already taken out of it . I did not eat the chicken sandwhich. The Jalisco ranch burger I got with an extra patty and they forgot my pepper jack cheese and added a whole bunch of sliced jalapenos which helped the burned old meat under a heat lamp taste.
All in all , the manager didn't care when I asked her how did a double burger and a chicken sandwhich and 2 steak fingers come out to 22.00 and a 40 minute wait with 2 cars in front of me one of which waited fifteen minutes just for 2 small blizzards. The employees don't care , the manager doesn't care , and the food has hurt me after I've been a faithful supporter for 25 years. Well sadly this comes to an end . Time to find another local place to give my business to , one that treats me like I matter. Do better DQ , invest in your people so that they invest in us customers. Smh!!!!!
Edit : I will not return. You have had several chances to get it right and it's disgusting how y'all only care about money vs caring about your customers , employees , and places of business. No way , I'm down with DQ!!!!

Ordered a 6 pc steak finger through drive thru and ordered an extra white gravy. When I get to window I ask about the extra gravy and the lady says I didn't charge you for an extra gravy. I told her that was on them not me especially because they have a sign on their drive thru window absolutely no add ons. I guess it only applies when they mess up. Then she tells me well I didn't take your order. Which is it? And on top of me paying for the gravy I get sarcasm. I won't be returning with staff like that time of visit was 540pm

Was a little worried cause a couple other DQs in the area had closed early due to staffing shortages, but this location was open.
Was a little worried cause we've been hearing stories about poor customer service due to staffing shortages.
No longer worried: the girls working were super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to talk to us. They really loved the dog and even gave us a tiny cup of ice cream for her.
Great job, guys! Thanks so much for putting up with us customers and working your butts off every day!

Waited 37 mins for 3 blizzards... Then customers who came in after I placed my order were served food before me . The reason was because the cashier is the one who makes the ice cream orders and he was busy... Which I saw that he was because at one point the restaurant was full... My frustration was that no one came to help him.. I assume the lady with pink hair and tattoos wearing a button up shirt was in charge that night... Well she was at the window, then walked up and looked at the full lobby and went back. She should have stepped up and helped out. This location always has a long drive thru lane and now I see why. There were even 3 Uber and door dash drivers waiting for at least 20 mins... That's not good for them either because now they more than likely won't get a good tip from the buyer because of the delay. This place needs BETTER MANAGEMENT.

I sat in drive through for about minutes . I showed up 20 minutes before closing . When they finally took my order I was told the kitchen the closed . The the kitchen closes before ice cream is not served . Which makes no sense. . Completely inconsistent. This was my second trip on fgt evening to a Dairy Queen . My first I was told was cash only (on gen McMullen.) I wasted 30 minutes , trying to get a burger . No thanks . I am down with Dairy Queen.

We went on Thursday March 24th around 4pm. Right off the back you could tell the cashier was struggling. I think she was new and had lack of training. It was almost as if they just threw her out there. I know she was frustrated. But, she started giving everyone attitude too. Kept saying “well Iam
New, Iam new”. Trust me I been there before, being new to a job, but that’s not how you treat people. While in line, the female manager told her to lock the door for the dine in because they couldn’t keep up with the orders. So I immediately started even second guessing if I should even order. I figured crispy tacos would be quick. Boy was I wrong, It took them 30 minutes just to get 5 tacos and 2 large fries… 30 MINUTES. It shouldn’t of taken that long. It doesn’t even take that long to get food at an actual restaurant. The guest next to our table was telling us he had counted eight people complained about their food order being wrong. One of the guys that ordered to go before me, came back because he said he received only 15 tacos out of the 20 he ordered. I saw a door Dash driver waiting about 45 minutes for the order she was delivering. The lady Who ordered before me said they got her order completely wrong. And so the cashier and her went at it. The gentleman who sat next to me in the dining area went to tell the manager very nicely that his nachos were extremely greasy. What i witnessed next shocked me, the manager started yelling at him and telling him “ well there’s gonna be grease because of the chips”. He showed me his plate and it looked absolutely DISGUSTING, I wouldn’t even feed my dog that. That female manager needs to be taken care of and certainly retrained. She yelled at that man for no reason at all. I wanted to cry for him. Another guest recorded her and I hope she contacts corporate with the video. She kept interrupting him, and continued to raise her voice at him. I was SHOCKED. Then to make matters worse, an employee leaving asked “who’s the owner of the red jeep”. The owner said “that’s my car” she then told the customer “you need to move your car because I can’t get in, if not I’ll just hit your car” I was speechless. This employee was being picked up, so how come her ride ride didn’t just park somewhere else is beyond me! We won’t be coming back to this location ever again!! I seriously can’t believe what we witnessed. The only nice employee was the gentleman working in the kitchen. He made sure my banana split came out correctly and he even apologized to us.

This Dairy Queen has horrible service. Something is always “ wrong “ with their system. Went once after 9 and they weren’t take cash anymore only cards. Sounds like they closed their cash tills and were being lazy. Their service is super slow and could care less how fast they get food out, through the drive through even worse. Do not recommend at all.

Poor service and the employees don't care about how fast they get the custoners food out. Poor management as we.
