Pizza Hut

This place is hands down a top-of-the- line Pizza Hut! They were able to prepare my wings & stuffed-crust pizza very quickly. Please don't let the negative reviews deter you. My food was delivered directly to my hotel room, and it was still hot the way I like it! The Delivery Driver was top-notch and very professional!! The food was great, and I was very impressed! 5 Star!!

I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this. My pizzas arrived late and damaged. These photos were taken right as I opened the box. I didn't tamper with them. I don't know if they were dropped or if the driver took a speedy corner and my pizzas got some air time, but seriously. What is this? In addition to the abysmal state of their arrival, they were dry. Not enough sauce and not enough pineapple. And they were doughy/soggy and limp.

Bad experience with the food and the manager. My pizza was hot but when I tried to pick it up from the box, part of the pizza was stuck to the box. Pizza was not cooked properly and it then the manager blamed the pizza toppings. It was a super supreme thin crust. Matt said the toppings does not let the pizza dough cook properly, that’s a lie because we have been eating the same pizza for the past 4 months every Friday for work and this is the first time this has happened. Never did the manager apologize for the issue, never did he want to credit me for future order, and then he did not want to give me my full price refund of $22.72. Matt only wanted to give me $20, what in the world is that. I hope this review gets to the corporate or owner, ridiculous no good customer service and bad quality of pizza. No one out pizzas the hut right, wrong I can go to little Caesar’s or Peter piper and not have any issues. Sad to say, but we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut moving forward.

No issues this time. I haven't ordered in exactly 5 months due to issues with my last order and the way management handled it. Had rewards expiring so I used them. This experience was much like the service I have always gotten in the past. Glad I had no issues and the service as well as the food was exceptional. This was the service I remember and appreciate. Pizza was delicious and perfectly made to order.

The Pizza Hut on S. Santa Rosa is good, even though it Is a Pizza Hut. Plenty of room for dining in, you can carry out, & it's a headquarters for deliveries. The food is dependable Pizza Hut. I ordered there on Pi Day (3/14) because my favorite, South Flo Pizza, had a wait time of over 1 hour! Pizza Hut's carry-out wait time was 15-20 minutes.
