Pulled into the parking lot and found it completely empty during lunch hour. Took this as ominous. Entered the place and I was the only customer. Ordered the General Tsos chicken for lunch. It came with no vegetables and they sold no beer.
But dear reader, I am here to tell you that they make an outstanding General Tsos chicken. It is not some crappy tomato based sauce with barely breaded, pan fried, white meat chicken. No, this chicken is dark meat and deep fried and crispy, and the sauce is spicy and zesty and only slightly sweet. I know my General Tsos chicken, I have eaten it at well over 200 restaurants throughout this great land of ours. If you yourself know what good General Tso's chicken is, trust me, you will not be disappointed.
One thing though, I did order it with the request that it be a little extra spicy. But I don't feel that is a necessary requirement for the average eater.

Incredibly expensive. Despite them leaving a menu on my door, they want to charge an absurd $7 for delivery because I live 'too far' away. Other places right next to them have no problem coming out, so not sure what the issue is.

DO NOT ORDER. This was my FIRST order with Wu's Kitchen I ordered 3 dinners. First I had to repeat my self about 10 times and made the girl read back my order to verify that it was correct.. Delivery was fairly fast only abt 30-35 mins. However when I opened my plates every single one of my orders were wrong. I ordered a two 2 meat combos. 1 had sweet and sour chicken w/ beef and brocolli what was in the container was beef with mushrooms and beef w/ brocolli. The second 2 meat combo was to have Vegetarian Delight and General Tso's Chicken what it came ith was General Tso's Chicken and Shrimp w/ vegatables ( which the person is allergic). And the 3rd plate was a veggie paradise with steamed rice. I got the veggie plate with NO steamed rice. I had to call and tell the girl that I wanted my money back and that this was my first order and that I will NEVER order with them again. The girl said sorry and that she needed to call her driver to come back and pick up the food as long as I didnt touch it. I assured her it was untouched. Driver was back with in minutes to get the food. I am waiting on my refund .

I never had an issue with this place, ever. Until one day they forgot my sauces. I called back and expected them to refund my money, because why should I pay for lemon chicken if I didn't get any damn lemon. They said they didn't have a driver to take me any lemon and that they would send some out when a driver returned or they would "credit"me and give me extra sauce on the next order. Why the hell would I want that? I spoke with the "owner" or someone I was told was the owner and instead of just refunding my money, he wanted the food back. Fyi for all of you who don't know, any food they take back HAS to be thrown away. But it wouldn't surprise me if they reuse the food I sent back. The owner was aloof to the whole situation and really didn't care to meet me half ways. All they had to do was guarentee the sauces would be sent delivered within 10 minutes and I would have been satisfied. But no he rather just send his driver back for the food and lose a customer than make the effort and take care of a customer. Screw these idiots. I will never order food from them again.

HORRIBLE. I called in an order for Wu's Kitchen. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken. I asked the lady on the phone what all was included she said Water chestnuts, carrots, celery, and peanuts. I advised her I don't want the water chestnuts or the peanuts because I am allergic. Order was delivered an hour later and I live like 10 minutes away from the restaurant. On the box it says no water chestnuts or peanuts. I open the container and my plate is full of them even in my rice. I called they told me they can come get my plate and bring my another an hour later. I kept asking to speak to a supervisor because that seemed ridiculous to me. The girl kept going around the question so I asked her did she have a supervisor and she told me no the supervisor is out delivering food because he needs money. What kind of business is this? I am very dissatisfied I did not get to eat my food and they never came back to get my food or exchange it. I called again and I was ignored and hung up on.

Wu's Kitchen has great food, wonderful delivery time, and the food is always fresh. I would say its great on delivery time. Customer service is great as well, they are very polite, and have great manners. Keep up the good work Wu's Kitchen.

Don't Order From Here. The restaurant services sucks! I waited over three hours for an order to be delivered. I also called on four occasions. I was told that the driver was on his way and that he would be there within fifteen minutes. Come to find out they were just feeding me a load of crap. Apparently they never received my initial order that was submitted online. My question is if you never got my order how was the driver supposedly on his way? Is that just something they tell customers to shut them up and get them off the phone? You would think that after what happened they would have offered something complimentary to maybe change my mind about the establishment. If you thought that you would be dead wrong.

Very bad customer service. First time my group and I ordered the food was late very late the second time we ordered,my food was wrong.. i ordered the Chicken and Mushroom spicy with fried rice and an egg roll and they gave me beef and mushrooms...I called back and then lady (new) said that she didn't understand the order that was told to her...Really why didn't you ask what the order was if you didn't understand. She tells me that her boss agreed to give me a free lunch because of the mistake..then she calls me back (from her cell because her boss is too tight to let her use the company phone) and tells me that her boss wants me to take the wrong order back and he will give me the right order. Mind you, my lunch is at noon and I wasn't going to go by to pick up the right order till 6...so BASICALY he wanted me to wait to eat at my food when it was their fault and not mine...as if that wasn't bad enough I call them back and ask them to credit me the difference of the lunch special because its and the girl tells me that its the same price and and doesn't want to credit me...it was a .23 differnece...She is new and I understand that it really isn't her fault but her BOSS should have been the one talking to me and not putting her on the spot...You might want to get a new JOB with a better BOSS!!!

Disappointed AGAIN.... Gave them a second chance. Still did not work out. They have ample portions and good food. Service is HORRIBLE. First order placed was for delivery. Food arrived 1 hour and 35 min later. They held our order so the driver would not have to 'driveout to location multiple times'. He delivered 3 seperate orders (all large, over 10 lunch specials per order) and charged us all the same deivery fee for one trip, totaling over $25 for delivery only. Second time we ordered 4 lunch specials, they gave us the wrong food on one order and REFUSED to credit the acct. The person taking our order was new (first day) and said she did not understand what the order was. Not true. She repeated order as the order was placed. The manager/owner never spoke to us and did not retun call. He also assisted her in the ordering. Very bad cutomer service and we are a large company that orders often. I am sure once we begin notifying others of this last situation. Business from our company will dwindle.
