Applebee's

The food is awful went around 6pm and waited a good amount for the food to arrive and when it did the pasta looked like it sat there for many hours and it was lukewarm, the steak I ordered tasted like leather and it was mainly fat, plus it tasted like it had sat in the freezer and had gotten frost bite, and on top of all that it was cold. The staff was Im assuming busy because I could hardly grab one to speak too but they were overall friendly I guess. Overall experience: Food was disgusting don’t waste your money.

The appetizer was really good so was the drinks.The soup was warm not hot. I wasn't gonna complain because I was really hungry. When it came out to our entrees. We just looked at it and it knew it was gonna be bad. Both of our pastas were dry, our breadsticks were burned and hard.My broccoli was salty and the chicken on the other entree was hard and dry. The waitress was okay. She seemed nice but also seemed annoyed by us wanting to take back our food. Not a good experience, total loss of appetite. Not coming back

Normally don't visit the chain places... but ... had a very pleasant experience today!! Gloria was a breath of fresh air and very attentive. Refills on tea, recommendations on food and generally very happy to be taking care of us. The young ladies at the front made rounds to clear plates. All-in-all a remarkable service experience with everyone we encountered. The food was great as well!! Management should be proud of this team.

Disappointing. Silverware was dirty, reflecting the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. Food was ok, but not great. Chips were stale and tasted as if they'd been cooked in old oil. Was charged extra for upgrade to a platter that was not wanted or ordered. Highlights were pleasant wait staff and the fiesta line chicken, which was tasty.

We'll never eat at this restaurant again. I would give it 0 stars if I could. We waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and that was after we asked someone else for service and then it took another 10 minutes for our drinks.. Some of the food was made wrong. Waitress isn't showing any enthusiasm. Very unhappy. Now I get the bill and that is wrong also. We called the manager who was very apologetic. He gave us a discount to help with the poor service.
