They never get my order wrong. They offered free things for a long wait. They have great customer service. And better than McDonald's since they don't have this in Cleveland.

Super clean restrooms with a code on the door. You have to ask an employee for access. I bet that gets annoying for them! lol we visited a few days ago, and their soda machine needed to switch their syrups. It was flat. :(

Very busy and managers were just watching the cashier go back and forth between drive thru and front counter. Not cool management. Poor girl looked so stressed.

I was at the thrift store down the street and after looking for bargains I went to Whataburger for something to eat.
There was no wait. I ordered one of there special combos: Spicy bacon burger combo with a large chocolate shake.
I didn't wait long and the food was hot and the shake was thick.
Wow! Just a wow!!! Staff was so kind the way the manager spoke to the cashier just made me want to apply ...every where i looked all the employees were doing something cleaning definitely a 5 star 🌟 ♥️♥️
