The cashier Mercedes who took my order was really polite and helpful even though it was busy..and the cook seemed to be stressed and raising his voice.. She even recommended other things on the menu and I loved it all! She definitely deserves a raise for being professional

Well I went here like 3am and it was a train wreck forsure 🙃 I had to wait for 10 minutes to order because of a mess being worked out. There's so many food pickup services there. I tried a pizza and the ravioli after asking if the make it or pre-ordered. The lady said they make everything there. They were out of lasagna unfortunately. It all came out great 👍 I was just glad I didn't have it sent by doordash or something. So many people just grabbed whatever. I saw a few come back. It was 3am technology at its best lol. But I will be back to try the lasagna and a Stromboli!

We used UBER Eats and The food was horrible! Aside from no garlic bread which was fine... The manicotti noodles were either overcooked and dry or not cooked enough they were hard and crispy. Sauce had no flavor for the exception of Way too much oregano so the food was bitter and I don't even think cooked BC the herbs were way to hard. The spaghetti was barely OK bc it had no flavor so we added salt. The chicken on the fettuccine Alfredo was burnt to a crisp and no flavor. Will never order from here again seriously contemplating even using UBER Eats might just stick with DoorDash. Tried to make a complaint but the app doesnt let u submit it. a waste of $30

Poor service , decent pizza not worth the price .RUDE customer service, asked a question,she spoke over me and hung up on me .Would not recommend at all! if you're going to charge a delivery fee it needs to be disclosed on you're flyer that you slid under our door! Thats why yall have a 2.7 rating! How does a $21 pizza turn into $30?! Papa johns doesn't even charge that much!

Should have checked he reviews before presuming aggressive advertising meant a better business. Ordered a large 3 topping special (where i requested black olives, Canadian bacon, and pineapple) with a 2 liter soda (requested Dr. Pepper) special for $15.99, plus an order of garlic cheese bread for $2.49. Driver had me meet him outside, did not realize the Pizza came with Canadian bacon over the whole thing, black olives on only one half, and no pineapple. When I got the 2 liter out of the bag it was root beer instead of Dr. Pepper. Then the garlic cheese bread was 1/4 of a small loaf of Italian about 5" with a bit of mozzarella barely melted together but not enough to melt into the bread. Realized after I got in that the receipt I signed in the dark was for $37.89, which would have $33.15 before tax +$2 delivery fee for what should have been $18.48 (and I added a tip onto that). There is a line of fine print about a delivery fee applying, but no mention that the fee was approximately the same as the order amount.

Seriously kinda miffed. Pizza was eh. Totally not sure what the bacon was on the pizza. But it wasn’t like any bacon I’ve had before. Gross and felt uncooked. Lesson learned. Definitely won’t order from you guys again. But I ordered garlic bread. Asked that it be lightly toasted with extra garlic butter. It was almost burnt and had barely any butter on it. Paid $1.79 for 1 slice of bread. 1 small slice of bread. I thought I would get a bit more than that. I could have bought a whole loaf of bread and made myself garlic bread for that price. This place is a little overpriced for what you get. I won't be ordering from here again. I just thought I'd try them since I'm new to the area and don't know what the good pizza places are.

It's a Friday night, we're from out of town and are hungry. We ordered our pizza over an hour ago and it has not gotten here yet, and probably won't at this point. An hour wait is ridiculous for a large pizza and we didn't get a total when we placed the order because they were soooo busy. Unacceptable! Worst service we've had in this city!

Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Delivery was 30 minutes late, food was cold, and they forgot to include the cheese cake that I had already paid for. I called to inform them of this and they said they would send the cheese cake.... they never did. Also, the people who answer the phone are not friendly. Fail.

Nasty! This is the worst pizza I have ever had. The thin soggy crust stuck to the box so couldn't eat it. They took an hour and a half to deliever and never brought our jalapeño poppers. I wish I could get my $30 back! Please don't waste your hard earned money on this place!

Wish i would of read reviews before i spend $52...�The worst sweet chili wings I've ever tasted, tasted more like hot wings, gave me 6 wings instead of 8, 2 of the 6 wings undercooked and soggy, the philly steak was bland, gave wrong dressing for salad, dried toppings on the salad, red onions no flavor, no forks, no napkins .. the gyro and the sprite was the best part.

Worst ever! I will definitely be telling the management of this hotel not to allow them to put their fliers here. Felicia needs to check herself. I just read another review saying that they were told management "stepped out" when they called to complain....I got the same story from Felicia before she hung up on me. They don't deserve any stars. The pizza wasn't even good either. You get better quality from one of the major chain restaurants. Then they have the nerve to put on their fliers "We are not affiliated with these bad businesses" and list a bunch of other pizza places when they are the ones giving bad business. Stay away from this place.

Never again will I order from this place they left out half of my order brought me my order dropped and spilt and tried to blame it on my children! worst customer service ever.. we are on vacation trying to have a relaxing time if they are not going to accommodate to at least the slightest customer service they should not be doing business for delivery.
