We went today for the first time. Service was just not it for us. The young boy in the front was very rude. Straight face no smile, harsh attitude. We will not be returning it seemed like he was bothered that we were ordering. No, thank you, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Update- We decided to give this place another try. We understand people have bad days. The service was better this 2nd time. The raspas were really good too.

This is an AWESOME place. The service is very quick. Staff is amazingly friendly and polite… always have a smile to great you with. I travel 30 minutes just to get there but I luv it.

The line was long, but they were very quick. The guy who helped us was very nice & polite. I got the mangonada & added green Chamoy to it. It was delicious & a decent price. My sister got the Nada Dilly & she loved it. There is no seating area so we hung out in the back of our truck to eat.

I was looking for raspa truck near me . I've been living around the area for 10 years. I always go to one raspa truck on Callaghan for 18 years. But new owners bought it not the same stop going last week.. I thought that they were great but ya'll raspa is spectacular I ever had . Yall got another customer that's going to come to your food truck. Me and my family loved it. We're coming back.

We stop by at lease once a week, they are very friendly, and we asked for sugar free shaved ice flavors, and the next visit they had them . Its nice to know that they do listen to their customers and they make the experience wonderful. Well keep coming back again and again.

This is my new favourite place to take my kids. We tried it out yesterday and it was great! I can get two iced drinks for pretty much the price of one drink at Tealiscious, across the road, and they taste really good. We’ll be back again!

This is by far the best shaved ice I have ever had. It melts in your mouth and the syrup they use is amazing, it doesn't leave a gross after taste like most do. I wish they more than one location, I live by the south east so it's a long drive to get my fix but it so worth it. P.s Have y'all ever though about having mangos on a stick?

This is by far the best shaved ice I have ever had. I've been coming here since they first opened. I love their young daughter's work ethic! I also love that they have nachos and hot cheetos with cheese. (2 of my favorite things to accompany my chango) My only complaint is the wait times. But once my order is ready I'm never disappointed! I guess when lines are that long it proves they have quality products and are worth waiting for! This will always be my go to place :)

This place is awesome! Stumbled on it while shopping around and decided to give it a try. It was great! The "Shaved Ice" was actually shaved lol smooth.Flavor was good and gummy bears were nice and chewy(: .the prices are extremely reasonable too,compared to other places we've tried (Big Daddy's). Recommended forsure!

Excellent raspas .... They also have corn cups, cucumbers, pickles, nachos etc and the prices are dirt cheap. There are sometimes 25 plus people waiting in line which is a very good sign, worth the wait but something you should be aware of if you're in a hurry. I've heard that the little trailer moves but it's almost always parked outside the Barnes and Noble bookstore on Bandera Rd. And Loop 1604. You can combine flavors I got cherry coke!

Maybe they move around. J-n-C reports seeing them at the HEB at Guilbeau and I just saw them at the Bandera Pointe Shopping Center at Bandera/1604 in front of the Barnes and Noble.
