Dunkin'

My family and I frequent this particular location since we live right next to it. On a recent visit (2/18) we were told that the lobby is closed (we figured as much since chairs were up). We sit outside but I go back in ten minutes later to grab napkins and a family is sitting in the lobby, eating their food. I make note and leave. Monday 2/21 my daughter and I walk in to see another entire family sitting in the lobby enjoying their food. I didn’t make a scene but immediately called when I got into my car to see if the lobby was still closed and was told yes by an employee named Jessica. I then asked her why that particular family & the other family were allowed to dine in and we weren’t. She blatantly lied and said there was no one sitting there. When it formed her I had just been inside and saw the family sitting she just repeated the lobby was closed. I then told her it sounded like discrimination since in both instances, these families were white & we are a Black family. It’s a shame that this establishment allows its employees to pick and choose who they want to service correctly and unless an apology is made then we will not be supporting them again.

I understand that places are short staffed so I want to preface the review with this because otherwise I haven't had any issues, but I hate putting my walk-in order on the app so I'm not late for work to then have the door locked & have to wait in line. I would recommend putting on the door walk-in for pick up only or using the side door for pickups in these situations. It is the only thing that makes me not want to use this dunkin.

Please don’t do business here. The people are rude and the place is soooo dirty! Masks below their nose, dirty and stained walls, some type of drawings all over the windows. Dirty handling of food. My creamer had pepper residue on the and they were greasy. Water down strawberry drink. Please just don’t. Or drive by the window first

Coffee was terrible! I tried to get a refund and was denied, the two young ladies that were working there were unable to authorize a refund and was told a manager would not be available for at least an hour. Very I unsatisfied and would love for a manager to contact me for a refund. I got charged for something I didn’t drink nor able to enjoy.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ multiple times out of convenience, but not even that is worth it anymore. On multiple occasions, I’ve requested less ice (both on the app and while ordering on the spot) and they have never once gotten it right. I’ve never seen a business fill a cup to the actual brim with ice in order to increase profit margins that bad. I refuse to keep paying nearly $5 for a large iced matcha that is the actual equivalent to MAYBE 12 ounces. I also frequently had grinds left in the bottom of my coffee orders. The drive thru is oddly slow, yet mobile orders are ready quick. I wish they’d do something about getting mobile orders through the drive thru faster instead of making us wait behind others by not telling the car ahead to move up. Two stars just because everyone is usually nice
