Sonic Restaurant

I have never actually seen people at a sonic truly hustle before. These people are literally power-walking/running orders out while also taking orders on headsets. There was a little wait for food, but I've waited so much longer at a fully staffed sonic with very few customers. Im pretty sure there are 2-3 people working the whole store on 10/2/2023 at 3:30pm. They are obviously looking for staff, as hiring signs are everywhere, but this sonic gets it.

Pretty good Sonic in my opinion, but they need to hire more people, and raise prices if needed to pay the extra people. We waited 20 min for our food after ordering at the drive up. Hardly "fast food". Maybe more like "medium speed food". The food was still tasty though, which is why they get 4 stars. Maybe they should just have touch screen ordering outside so you don't have to fart around talking to someone over a busted microphone where the person is always like "sorry what did you say?" That person can just focus on making food etc instead of talking to people.

I want to say that I have never received excellent customer service like I did tonight at this location! Wow! As a manager of a retail store I want to congratulate their management team and their employees for their excellent customer service. As soon as I drove up to the drive through, it was a very pleasant experience. The young lady on the intercom was so attentive and so patient, so well mannered. As I drove forward to receive my food, a young man came out, repeated my order and handled everything to me with such care and attentiveness he even game me a coupon for a free Ice cream cone because of the long wait, which in reality was not bad at all because I am already expecting to wait at every single sonic which I do not mind if receiving this type of service and the wait was not even long! I am impressed with this location and will be returning soon! Thank you for making this experience so delightful after having a long day at work.
