Friendly and good customer service. Very well organized and clean. Prices are reasonable and the ambient is cool and relaxing. The restaurant does provide a hand santizer stand and there is a sign on the wall with the maximum capacity number of people.

For starters I love Chipotle, love it! It's usually fresh and healthy and so flavorful. But at this location it's been hit or miss so the 4. The brown rice is too often undercooked and sticks to my teeth it's so hard. The last time we were there, a week ago, rice was too hard AND horror of horrors, they were out of guacamole! I arrived 45 minutes before closing time, and they didn't let anyone know until they got to the end of the line. I mentioned they might consider telling people or have a sign up at the front of the line because no guac changes everything. Blank stare. 😶

My usual go-to for lunch. This location had super friendly staff and place was CLEAN! As soon as people left, there was someone there cleaning up and that helped with everyone having a place to sit.

So the only negative to this store is that the food for pick up is not actually on the shelves. So I sat there waiting a while then I saw my bag on the counter. Other than that food was great!

Chipotle is my favourite chain restaurant. The food is affordable, for the quantity you're given, tastes great, and is good for you. No crazy artificial ingredients, just wholesome good food. I eat here all the time and will likely continue to do do for a long, long time.

I ordered the veggie bowl and found 1 random piece of steak...I just removed it and went on to eating my lunch...any other vegan/vegetarian would have probably complained but I know that the number of orders coming out of the kitchen are high and probably accidentally fell into the beans...Other that this last visit I've never had an issue with any of my orders. Food is always fresh and flavorful. Employees can work on their customer service (they're never rude) but then again I can't expect for everyone to be chirpy!

My husband were just there today for lunch and he found raw chicken in his bowl. He went up to let them know and the cook apologized, but the manager did nothing...didn't even go over to the bowl of chicken to check it....nothing...still serving it. We got our money back and left. I don't know how much of the raw chicken we may already have eaten. It's all a waiting game now to see if we get sick. Yuck!

Ive been coming here for 3 years and ive NEVER had a bad experience. Even with the changes in management, this place has remained consistent with good service and delicious food. Always clean and always speedy service. 10 out of 10 will eat for another 3 years .

Good afternoon,
I am a college student that had a fundraiser at this location. This was a disaster from the start. The manager Raul gave me the wrong Tax forms from 2013. Then I was sent to talk to the Headquarters in Colorado. I had to resubmit the paper work since I was supposed to have the 2014 Tax Form from the start. I submitted it. Two months later I receive multiple checks. I know he is not in charge of checks but if he was it would be a disaster. I called him to notify him of how his lack of performance was poor. Then he doesn't see how I am upset. He immediately threatened to call my University and my organization. He was talking over me and didn't let me finish. I would not think that a manager wouldn't be that childish to say that to me. I am not from San Antonio and I will NEVER go that location again.There needs to be a manager change because he is not cutting it. I am a customer for him to threaten me is by far the most unprofessional thing. I cant imagine what he would say to other customers.
