Crystal & Rayna were so full of spunk & totally friendly. The cook Mr Cubano was friendly & explained perfectly to my aunt whom don't speak English how to build a bowl and how it's cooked and served. BTW she totally loved Genghis and can't wait to go again. Ya should try it out when you get a chance. The sesame sauce is definitely my FAVORITE gotta have it always on my bowls.

Went for lunch around 11:40am and was immediately seated. The waitress was very attentive and we always had our drink refills served to us before we finished our current drinks. The wait time for our bowls was about 10 minutes. The food was very tasty depending on how you create yours. All the food options such as the meats and veggies where full and ready to be packed into your bowl. The restaurant was clean and organized, I would definitely be going back.

Food and drinks were unbelievable, as well as the service. Our waitress Leslie was amazing and so sweet! My fiance and I will be coming back here. It is healthy as long as you make the right choices. There's a giant selection of meats, veggies, and sauces.

Had a great dinner at this location, Josh our server was very polite and friendly, he gave great suggestions on drinks and food. The food was very delicious and satisfying, we enjoyed the $5 margarita and the Blue Dragon which my wife loved. Thanks for the great experience.

One thing I noticed is that there food lineup changed. Instead of the meat being the first thing you put in your bowl they have vegetables, seasoning, meat, more vegetables, sauce, then you pick your starch. Mostly clean location, the booth seats needed to be cleaned. Other than that it wasn't busy, the staff was friendly and we received our food quickly.

Genghis Grill usually isn't my first choice when it comes to eating out, but my wife wanted it, so here I am. Food was really good. The great thing about Genghis Grill is all the options you have. The restaurant was pretty clean and our waitress was attentive and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with all the necessities. All in all we had a nice experience and would recommend.

We love to eat there. Usually the service is really great. This time it was very busy and the service could have been a lot better. We didn't get any silverware, napkins or refills. The server apologized for being so busy. He was very nice, though. The food was great like always and they served it pretty quick.

My husband has never been to a Genghis Grill. We stopped in for lunch and we were highly impressed with the service and the food!!! A great place to hold a meeting or gathering and everyone I. Your group can be picky and still enjoy! 😄😄👍🏽

It was great food was good. Waiting 40 minutes for our food and the server brought the wrong drink for my friend first. We were never asked if we wanted to get an app while we waiting and no one applized for the wait. It's was annoying. I wouldn't recommend going for lunch.

Never thought I would say this but never coming again. The host sat us. No waitress acknowledgement for 15 minutes. No name introduction. The host came and took our drink order and bowl sizes. We stand in line for a while... way too many people. Sat down afterwards, waitress come with our drinks 10 minutes later. Host was attentive. Our food comes to our table an hour later. Food is burnt. Waitress comes to our table a total of four times throughout our time there. Low staffed. Cooks overworked. $54.00 down the drain.

The food is off the chain. If you don't like the way it comes out it's mostly on you. You put it together all they have to do is grill it on the wok.

We waited an hour for our food to be cooked and brought out. After we finally got it guess what most of it was burnt and was given the wrong rice. I have always loved genghis grill but am very disappointed in this one.

Usually good but this last trip was horrible. Took my daughter Who was home on leave from the army and she wanted this her last night in town before heading back. My son also joined us. We pick our items and take to cook. She asked what starch we wanted. We got rice and noddles. We were the only 3 on the grill. We still waited 37 minutes we get our food rush home to eat and watch a movie. We open our to go orders to find out our rice and noodles are no where in our order. Ruined our last evening together and movie night.
