So I call almost everyday with a special request to have a little love note written on the lid of my orders. Everyone I speak to is always kind enough to do it for me 😁 special shout out to Diana the store manager 😁 she threw in a sticker and always is so nice, sweet and willing to write my special request. This Starbucks will always have my business ❤️

My local Starbucks baristas are the best! Look what they did for me today for my 05:30 morning coffee fix! This is my go-to Starbucks. I have 2 other locations on my way to work that I can stop by but this is the most reliable and consistent one with great baristas. They really made my day with this personalized note. Thank you so much!

There are many small chain coffee shops who deserve recognition and who go out of their way to provide an excellent customer experience. However, with regards to large, National and international chain coffee shops, Starbucks is the only one who still strives to maintain true to its original ideals. Starbucks is the original and it lives up to its founding and personality. The Partners can always be relied upon to treat customers as individuals and to always provide a smile and a greeting. This is instilled in them from day one and they accomplish this flawlessly and without seeming forced. Love this chain and I love its quality coffee. Never watered down, never weak, always hot. And no shortcuts.
