The music was just a little loud, the service seemed a little slow, the French fries were a little bit extra crispy, but our burgers were so fresh and juicy.. and I found out why.. the same person who took my order ALSO had to make my special order food. (Gluten free). YUMMY!!! 😁

Pretty decent Wendy's. Service was fast & friendly, even at a late hour. Food was really good. Sad to say, I'm often surprised now when a Wendy's is good, because most have become a miserable experience filled with regret.

Didn't make the Chicken the way I ordered and doesn't taste the same anymore. Fries get cold too fast. And the soda machine out of stock of a flavor. Kid meal was not right had to go back and get it right.

This is such a good location. The staff is always really sweet and helpful ❤️
The food comes out quickly and the lobby is super clean with feel good music. It's a nice place to stop by between errands since it's right next to a Walmart/Sam's Club/etc.

Love the place! Yes it's a older wendys but food just as good for fast food. That said the evening manager Amanda is nice and knows what she is doing. As for the other review saying a 2.99 and it rang up 3.14 do you know what taxes are? Maybe go back to school buddy. Unlike other places like hometown burger which takes 30 mins for a shake you get your meal fast and good. Keep up the good work. Only complaint would be what I would assume the main person? Guy who is there in morning and telling everyone what to do. Seems he is unprofessional and rude. I never deal with him. Here are few pictures burgers always .add great and right.

The drive through Speaker didn't work, my fries tasted a little over cooked, but the burger was good. The cashier was friendly and apologized for the speaker not working.

My family and I want to thank Samantha that was on shift yesterday on the drive thru so much ,we ordered 56$ worth of food well something like that and asked for everything fresh ,usually when we go and ask that we never get it fresh ,always cold, but this manager brought me my food and everything was so hot this time! I want to take the time to appreciate this young lady ,she looks so young and works so hard to keep her customers satisfied. Thank you again Samantha, I will be sure to bring cash with me the next time I go ,this young lady deserves a 20$ tip for her hard work and dedication to her job.

There's a difference in making the food hot and fresh and refring or reheating the food. Other than that its a great location most of staff we seen friendly. I tried the tropical green tea it was good. I didnt like that one of the employees gave me that are you serious lokk when i asked my food to be fresh and hot. I knew they reheated my food. But when your hungry and on a scheduled you dont have time to ask things to be remade.

I just went thru drive thru and they forgot half my order...i went back in...got my food...and they didnt give me no reciet....they said there printer is down.....this place has been such a horrible experience the 3 times we have went....its ridiculous how the management cant get this place together....i guess my and my family of 6 will have to take our buisness elsware.....Dave would be sad...

Here's a story for all of you. Get your barf bags out!!! I had a most unfortunate experience at the Wendy's off of 410 and Summit here in San Antonio last week. Three years ago I purchased a salad from there that had some not nice things in it. I stopped going to any Wendys after that because I was disgusted. Totally disgusted. Last week a coworker told me she was going to pick up lunch at Wendy's and asked if I wanted something. I told her my story and she said it's been three years give them a chance. I told her to order me a chicken asiago sandwich. When I received it and bit into it the texture was off. I opened up the sandwich and what I discovered was that the chicken breast was RAW. Completely RAW. When I contacted the restaurant the manager was not concerned at all. I went to the restaurant to get my money back and was very disappointed by his reaction. He refused to acknowledge that the chicken breast was raw and the severity of the issue. I asked for my money back. After my money was refunded I told him that I was going to contact the county health department because he didn't seem to understand how dangerous it is for a restaurant to serve a customer RAW chicken. I left warning all the customers that were in line behind me to not order the chicken. I contacted the Wendys customer service number on the back of the receipt. It's been seven days and no one's called me back. I contacted the corporate office here in San Antonio- left a message - no one has returned my call. Just went to their FB page and sent a message and now I'm posting about this crappy experience. Maybe I'll hear something from them now... COCHINOS!!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

I’d give no stars if I could! Soda machine was out of everything except for water and Diet Coke..an employee said she could get us stuff from the back...so then we went to the counter...the manager then said whatever she has out there was what she also had in the back. Not even 5 minutes later...someone else orders and they get Dr. Pepper from the back!! 1...if you are going to be out of soda...you should tell your customers when they are ordering. No one said anything...even when your customers were at the machine trying to find something to drink!! 2...you shouldn’t pick and choose who you are going to go out of your way for and get soda from the back...it should be done for all of your paying customers!! Fries were burnt too! �

I just went through the drive-thru....horrible customer service! Not how I wanted to spend my 30 minutes of break from work. I'm upset and still hungry because after the rude service I got in the drive-thru, I drove off. I even tried calling to complain to the manager, no answer....after several attempts still no answer. Not going back. Seriously, if you hate your job...FIND ANOTHER ONE! YOU DON'T GET TO TREAT PEOPLE HORRIBLE!
