Always consistent and our favorite chicken when they get the order right. Young employees are swift and pleasantly polite. Not real happy with application user interface, but it's ok. Perhaps remodel will improve things overall. We will go anyway since it's close and pretty good.

I loved my experience here as well as the food. The manager Jermaine was especially helpful in helping our experience wonderful! We had a bit of a wait and he was sure to give us a good laugh while we were waiting. This will be a new favorite family dinner spot!

Really like yhe chicken here. They do provide a military discount. Always seems under staff, but that is common today. Takes a little while to get your food but not excessive..

It was close to closing time and we were offered 25 tenders for $10. More than we could ever eat, but we used it for salads the next day. Delicious as usual and my absolute favorite location. Management and staff are the best! They know my friendly husband very well. 😊

Great customer service. I thought they forgot my small mac and cheese so went back around store. Didn't hesitate to give me one and apologized. Came home and MY MISTAKE the mac and cheese was in there. So I called to apologize and offered to pay back but he said it was ok. Thank you! Have always liked coming here. My family loves their tenders and rolls!

I went to get some rolls because they're so good and the girl at the register(I believe was named mia) was so nice. She was the only one actually working that I saw. Management should work on making sure everyone is doing their job and not just one person. Despite only one person working, I got my order relatively quickly.

Stopped by Golden Chic last minute and tenders were pretty good. Forgot to get me extra mash but not the first time. Food ready right away. I would definitely go back but don't forget to check order.

Update: Ditto on all accounts!!! Been eating the superb catfish here for a couple of years! Fried-up when you order - takes about 8 mins - but well worth the wait. Ask for "extra crispy" if you like you fish extra crunchy! I may order chicken on future visits...if I can get my mind off that great catfish!!

We all love all their food especially their chicken tenders and rolls. Their zing sauce is yum! We always go through the drive thru and have always had great customer service! I definitely recommend. :-)

I'm usually skeptical of fast food restaurants, but this place blew me away! Normally, you'd expect the service at a fast food restaurant to be subpar, but the staff here was kind and attentive. They got my order right on the first try, haha. Not to mention, the place itself was super clean! Oh, and the food was amazing! Fried chicken? Dankkkkk

After an hour of deciding where to eat, we finally ended up at GC and GOD DAMN!! The chicken is straight from heaven laced with sauces that will bring water in your mouth. I would call this foodgasm! The service is amazing as well, being prompt and friendly and trying to please it's customer! Definitely going back.

The food here is always great! Golden Chick has fast friendly service. Always consistent with their food and never had a problem with my order. It's very clean and you can tell the managers care about their customers and employees. Will be back.

OMG THIS PLACE IS THE BEST, I had a blindfolded taste testing experiment between this, KFC, Popeyes, Churchs, and pollo tropical using 17 different dog breeds. And 16/17 chose Golden chick, the other 1 just didnt eat any of the options..........
