This Burger here is very disappointing. I made a order online in doordash and this here is the result of getting a bacon & cheese whataburger meal from Whataburger. it was supposed to have Cheese, Bacon Slices, Tomato, Lettuce, Pickles, Diced Onions, and Mustard. But as you can see in the picture. I
Always great service. Never need to check my bag, they try to be quick even with super long lines. And the girls who bring out my curbside are always pleasant and nice. I go here quite a bit.
Even though they were busy with Drive-Thru and online orders they still managed to give my family and I fast fresh food. Operating partner walked around to check up on us, very friendly man. Tom McLaughlin keep up the great workflow 👌🏾💯
Every single time we visit it’s always busy but food still comes out hot and quick! I feel like I order and my food is ready before we can even sit down. Staff is always super friendly and I always get super star treatment! My absolute favorite whataburger location❤️
My family came into town from New York. They have never had Whataburger! They were so impressed that the fries weren’t salty lol. But Great service and food! They closed early since the manger was in the back?? No clue. But no complaints!
I was so impressed this am. It was 5:30 and I'd gone by McDs and they were "preparing breakfast " not serving and I get to this what a burger they had a full staff, everyone awake and smiling and had my order in no time . It made me happy to see a group doing what they were supposed to be doing and
The food is always excellent at this location. The only thing that I have noticed is that the drive-thru can get pretty packed on the weekends. Love Whataburger. Each SA location is different. One downtown notch below one on Fair/New Braunfels and one on Basse/San Pedro. Both those rate higher because employees seem to enjoy the job and it reflects in their service
The burger was pretty good but i still haven't been to a location where they get my order 100 % correct! they didn't add mustard to my burger which i wanted...i got mayo. service was fast parking lot was very congested... hard to get in and out of curbside area
1st time @ a Whataburger. Had the cheeseburger combo. Very good burger. Made just like when I was a kid - with mustard!
So if you don't like mustard, I suggest you inform your server ahead of time.
