You know 1st off I completely live closer to a different location. However, I do come here because I have a friend of mine that works here. And he gives it all he has when he works! Now of course I understand the construction takes a toll on everyone and everyone's in a rush. Everybody wants their service now now. But there are employees that do show up to work. They do care for their job no matter what the pay. They don't burn food, they don't lack anything in customer service and they don't forget what you need in your bag when they hang you your order. Now this does not fit the description of every employee here. I understand they recently acquired a general manager and I believe their food service provider Ben E. Keith foods is now giving a little more attention to this particular location. Anyway... good luck to this location and to the employees who do show up for work and are thirty years younger than I am that give it all they have to make sure that this old man gets what he needs appreciate it! Incredibly friendly staff at this location. It was pouring rain and they still delivered our food with a smile. The service was fast at this location and the order was correct. It's got an awning over the order screens to protect you from a super sunny day of a bad rain storm like when I went. The location is clean and well kept. The woman that brought my food was professional and very polite. I love sonic and struggle with certain locations, but not this one, this one is great. Stop by and get a slushy!

The ultimate meat and cheese burrito I got. Typically a fan of sonic, but this was just a little wild to me. It was omitted from the order initially, then when given to me I get some poverty roll. How do you correct one item and then still get it wrong. Sonic isn't bad, just check your food before you drive off. Don't be like me

I went to sonic for a late-night bite and got all my food correct, warm, and packaged well. The team member taking the order seemed to be learning and I could tell the manager was doing well teaching. The manager also gave us our food assuring us it was all there. They even got the sauce right despite how picky the family is. Great job guys!

The service was fast n the staff was friendly only thing the frito pie wraps we had gave my wife and I the bubble guts. The food was yummy but just didn't sit well in either of our stomachs. We did get the lime aid and lemonade with strawberries and both were super yummy. We went during happy hour for half priced drinks but while I was there I found out ordering via the app it's happy hour all day for a limited time. Next time we will use the app to save some money.

Excellent customer service and delicious. The drive through cashier Jacob was awesome. He took care of every customer and made sure the line moved quickly. And got our order perfectly ! Highly recommend!
Just Me
This is the best location in town for taking breaks. Kendall was doing everything by herself. She was running the entire operation single handedly. The person (see photo) in a blue shirt was on their phone instead of helping. Another guy in a dark hoodie came from behind the dumpster area, and then entered through the unlocked back door. He was then seen getting a drink inside. Who knows if he works there. He certainly wasn't helping Kendall. No one was helping Kendall.

Ordered thru the drive through the speaker wasn't working then paid $17 dollars for cold fries, cold under cooked tots and a hamburger that was disgusting. Never again

My wife just ordered food from there and as soon as she brought it home i open up my wings to thrm looking like this.... fries are cold and hard as well as my tater tots... it's 10:40 pm that i bought this food. No where near closing time and the food is not fresh. Id definitely like to speek to a manager about checking the quality of this food before it is sent out. I am not happy with this and this is the second time in 2 weeks. I'd like to have it replaced.

Worst customer service tonight at 9:30p.m. Waited almost 8 minutes in drive thru with only 1 car at the window. Nobody never took my order in drive thru. I lefted. Now I know why they never have customers compare to all the other Sonics..

I wish I could post a photo with the review! Came here to get an OREO Sonic Blast. Left the drive thru and come to find my Sonic Blast was nothing but vanilla. Small tiny bits of Oreos. Went back to ask if they could put more. Employee said that’s the “standard amount” of Oreos that they put in it. If they put more, they’d have to charge. I told him that’s barely nothing. He just said sorry and walked off. So unprofessional! Bad service.

***UPDATE: I cancelled my complete order because it took FOREVER to get my right order out. And the manager SARA comes out with attitude. Really B?!?! Needless to I will be speaking to the owner since unfortunately I've had to deal with him before for double charging me. I will put in very kind words for SARA...NOT! �

WORST services and RUDE carhops. The drive thru lane was so long so I decided to to pull into a carhop station but no one ever took my order; after 15 minutes of waiting I decided to call over a carhop to see if he could possibly take my order but he walked right by and IGNORED me. I am NEVER going to that establishment again.
