I had a craving for the chicken from KFC, with Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy. It was very satisfying and delicious. The young man who took my order was very kind and patient. I have a hearing impairment, and some people aren't very kind about me asking them to repeat, but he was. I appreciate that!

There is a very annoying beep every time the front door opens. It could be a more subtle sound that doesn't drive a customer crazy. Loll I get the need for the sound so employees are alerted to customers entering the restaurant but it could be a more pleasant noise to the person eating at the restaurant.

Haven't been to this location in a long time. Wanted to try out their Pot Pie. Have heard a lot about how good it is. Let me tell you, this is NO Swanson frozen cheapy. First thing that caught my eye was their 100% kitchen/sanitation inspection score. Their Restaurant was very clean. Then I was greeted by Debra and Chris. They seemed to have a solid working relationship. Very professional and friendly! Our order was ready in mere minutes, mouth burning hot and DELISHOUS! The crust on that pie was like a flaky pastry, the sauce rich and tasty and with large chunks of chicken! LOVED IT! ALTOGETHER A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE 😋

I came to this restaurant today and in the process of getting to the restaurant I had been trying to contact my friends that were busy moving furniture from one place to another it took me a while to get a hold of them. I had already placed my order by the time I finally reached my friends, however when I got to the drive up window I added three more meals to my order. It was going to be a 20 minute wait, however I was fine with this as it was for Popeyes and I know they are not always heavily stocked on this item. At any rate I just want to express my gratitude to the staff at that restaurant on this day February 25th of 2022 for the excellent customer service and the curiosity that they showed me while adding meals to my order right there at the drive-thru window and then expediting the order out to me as quickly as possible with the smile on their face! Way to go team members of Kentucky fried Chicken on Fredericksburg road right there by wurzbach road! I really appreciate your kindness help and support in these days of no one ever seeming to want to get their job done and doing it right!
