The place was PACKED so we had to wait a long time for sitting and food, other than that, everything was great 😃
Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler and it was served hot and everything was tasty good. Our waitress kept our coffee cups full and stopped several times checking on our needs. Tables were kept clean and disinfected after each use.

The host was professional and had us seated immediately. Our server was Jason who took our orders and always checked on us. He gave this IHOP a good name with his happy positive attitude. The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered the lemon blueberry crepes, a side dish of fruit, hash browns, and decaf coffee. All were flavorful delicious. The place is well kept and clean. Even the restrooms were tidy. Although the order took a little bit longer (10 - 15 minutes), I considered the crowd. The servers like what they do and it shows.
Rolled in after the Crowder Concert. HUNGRY. I had lemon and ricotta pancakes, with a side of bacon and egg over easy.
We have been here several times. The service and food is hit or miss, but more often good than bad. The staff are great about allowing meal customizations. My kids love eating here. Lots of variety on the menu. I love the updated menu. I was not a fan of the lemon ricotta crepes last time I was here. I really enjoy the protein pancakes.
Veggie omelette is so good and more than I expected. Servers nice and check on you for refills.
First of all, Melli was the most fantastic server. She was very accommodating and super kind when I continuously asked for different items. This is my favorite IHOP in SA. I had the Spinach and Mushroom Omelette and added bacon and switch my cheese to American. It was absolutely delicious, that I forgot to take a pic before tearing it up. Ended up taking half home.

We have finally found our favorite Ihop.... The service was great, the food was hot, never had to ask for refills, my shoes didn't stick to the floor, we were actually seated instead of handing me menus and pointing to the table we were getting.... I-10/DeZavala, I-10 Colonnade and The Rim, all need to take notes from the Bandera/1604 location. Friendly faces, clean atmoshere, and great food... Keep up the good job!
The service in food was exactly what you would expect. One thing that stans out among the competitors is that when hashbrowns are perfectly cooked, they are awesome, but when hashbrowns are poorly cooked, they are horrible.
The one thing about ihop is that the eggs and hashbrowns are consistent and have good taste and texture. I may not be the perfect crunchy hashbrown that you like, but they're so much better than a botched hashbrown.
The server was pleasant, and the service was reasonable even though they were quite busy. The food arrived hot and I love the fact they put a little pot of coffee on the table.
The facility was clean and reasonably maintained. If you like breakfast 24/7, then you should give this location a try. I highly recommend it.
