Ordered breakfast sandwich and paper was cooked into food. I added the pictures. Called Dunkin and they let me know all locations are franchised and I should contact them directly. No one is taking responsibility buyer beware.

Went to drive through and waited for long line. Go to order and they are out of the strawberry drink my granddaughter likes. Then ordered mini bagels. Went to window to pick up order and they did not start making order for 5 min. Once it was complete we headed out. Looked in bag and one of the two bagels was burnt. Never going back. Poor management.

I come here often, the service is always up and down. I’ve thought about leaving reviews, but the day finally come. Today, I ordered through the app. I did say that I’d pick up drive through, it the line was so long that I decided to park. The front door was locked. What’s the point of offering app ordering when you’d wait just as long going through the line?? I called so they walked out it out to me. They crammed three donuts in a bag mixing all the flavors together, and didn’t even place napkins in the bag.
Another time, I went through the line to get breakfast, but after getting the order my son wanted something else. I parked to get run in to get it, and the front door was locked. There were other people as the door. The employees were just ignoring us. We all had to go back through the line. I’m unsure if they’re understaffed. I tried emailing the company through the website and couldn’t find a link.

Ordered breakfast at drive-thru. My friend ordered iced coffee but she was not as happy with her coffee as I was with mine. We also ordered breakfast sandwiches. They were pretty good.

They need to hire more people especially for the morning shift when it is expected to be the busiest. Ordering time was long, and when we got to the window, we waited for 5 minutes and no one even open the window to take our payment or anything. So we just drove off.

I'm disappointed in the drop off of quality and service. I ordered a 1/2 dozen doughnuts and a bacon, egg white and cheese croissant and two coffees (blueberry and caramel). They handed me the coffee and doughnuts. I had to asked them to add a shot of blueberry as my coffee contained none initially. Even after the shot it still wasn't as good as the night crews version of the same coffee. My sandwich came out and I drove home.
It was as if they took a single piece of bacon and tore it in to tiny pieces instead of the two strips of bacon that should have been on my sandwich. The croissant was so over microwaved that it was crunchy.
To make matters worse the doughnut that I ate (Bavarian cream) wasn't fresh. Tasted like it was a leftover from Friday - refrigerated and then sat out to achieve room

Ordered from here via Uber Eats the last two days and gotta say, I am really impressed with how well my orders have been packaged!
My orders weren't super complicated or anything but everything was packed very snug and secure, and my iced coffee condensation didn't make everything surrounding it soggy or damp like a lot of other places I have ordered from.
Everything was correct and my drinks were great! Bonus points because my cat was excited to play in the paper bag. 😂

Friendly staff, quick service, took off 1 star because all the doughnuts except for the glazed ones were a little dry but tasted really good. I really like the staff at this location!
