Whataburger

I'm not only a Google local guide but I'm also a rideshare and delivery guru and I'm everywhere and anywhere I picked up an order at this Whataburger very congested the parking lot was a hot mess cars going every which way the drive through the way is situated you have to pull into the parking lot and then thread yourself through pedestrians and moving vehicles nobody was leaving space for anybody else to get out and I almost got hit X2. The staff was very efficient food was up and ready to go and it was a large order quickly they were busy but they were also polite and it was good synchronicity the manager there glasses tall Hispanic boy tattoos on his arms very very good he knows what he's doing very focused

Very very busy store at least a crew of 10 to 15 delivery pick up for gig apps busy busy busy I said that the parking lot is a traffic jam of cross crossing drive thru cars popping out of spaces without stopping be very careful and on your A game or BAMM to almost 4 minutes to get from cargo storage parking space to Grissom was a draining experience

Food was great, service was a little off (maybe cause it was late 10:30pm). First I stood there with no one else in line approx 5 mins before the order was taken. Then I had to hurry up and eat cause the lobby was closing, I wasn't told to hurry and leave but I felt bad having the worker waiting by the door waiting to close. I could've had my food to go if I knew. Google states they're open 24hrs, probably outdated info.

Tonight I was really impressed with how I was treated, especially coming in for a salad at 5 am. Priscilla took my order and was really sweet and patient. She was nice enough to check if they had what I wanted before I ordered, and let me know the wait times. I had avoided this location for some time because even after the remodel I felt the food was and service were going downhill. Tonight really changed my mind about that. Every time I looked through that window I saw someone sweeping or mopping and they all seemed to communicate well. Point is I came it a 5 am wanting a grilled salad and wasn't treated like an inconvenience lol. I'll definitely come back from time to time if the service level stays where it's at.
