I ain’t even mad that I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Crescent, and I received this overcooked biscuit. The cashier (a lady) was very kind, friendly, and attentive. She had a very positive attitude and told me to “Have an Awesome day.” THIS lady is what customer service is about. Kudos to her. I’m sorry; I didn’t get her name.

I don't know why this place had a low rating. I found the Burger King to be clean and the staff really friendly. And the hamburger was great!

Every time I come here the food is good. Dolores is very polite and hardworking- she always has a smile even when the line is long and the kitchen is busy. I really admire what she and the other workers here accomplish.

This is seriously the best Burger King I've ever been to. The food is the same Burger King I grew up eating and isn't what's so great. It's the staff who work here that go above and beyond for customer service. Think of the last time the cooks came to help take customer orders when the line was long? Never happens at a fast food place, but it happened here and by the time I had finished paying for my meal the cook had already gone back and finished preparing it. I was handed my food when I was handed my receipt for paying and the best part is I wasn't surprised. This has never happened to me at any other restaurant. Only at this Burger King have I consistently been provided high quality customer service that is actually memorable.

Cashier was very polite. Cook was also nice. Asked if we wanted the small or big buns on our veggie burger. Cashier even gave my wife a complimentary drink. Food was good. I would come back if I lived in the area.

Food was good, but a little pricey from what I remember Burger King being in the past. For 2 adults and a child, the meal was $30!
