Mcdonald's

Hot food came out very fresh. FRY'S GETS 10 OUT OF 10 FOR ME. But I guess after waiting for 10 15 mins they should BE RIGHT.....,😆😆😆. BUT tha workers are not very friendly and wn they come to tha window they jus say yr total not hello how r u or can I gt u any condiments w that & not to mention when you order they don't say can I get you anything else they just say is that it like (please don't order anything else). So that's y they got 4 stars. Cuz I really only go for tha food. But a smile and good gesture goes a long way these days especially when we going threw a depression rt NOW. They could make sum1s day

I've had nothing but bad experience with a lot of McDonald's in the San Antonio area and in the United States. But this is by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Food was HOT & FRESH. Service was fast and workers were friendly. The restaurant was clean. I'm impressed cuz I normally don't have this kind of experience from McDonald's or any fast food joint. I am 100% satisfied and will return. Thanks for being the best McDonald's in the USA.

Ordered ahead using the app, and even though I had to go inside because the app kept telling me that I wasn't there when I obviously was, I was helped right away by one of the employees. He might have been the manager, but he was very friendly and understanding of the issue I was having with the app, and he didn't give me any grief about it or ask me anything other than my order me number. Once I gave it to him, he hustled to get me my order really quickly, which was still hot when I got home AND correctly made, and didn't make a big deal about me asking for some extra ketchup packets. All of which is definitely a step up from most of my previous visits to McDonald's, not just this one, but any of them. I wish I would've gotten his name but I was a little annoyed at the app not working correctly still, and honestly wasn't planning on leaving a review, but Google maps keeps bugging me to do so. TLDR: Even tho I was irritated when I walked into the restaurant, because of the app, I was much less so when I walked out a few moments later with my order, thanks to the speedy and friendly service of the staff.

Came to Mcd's for breakfast which is not normal for me since I'm not big on eating breakfast. I do go to Mcd's often for lunch. So, today I went through the drive thru to order around 7:30. It was a little busy. It did take several minutes before the drive thru crew member took my order. The wait in the drive thru line from order to got my food was about 7 minutes. My order was accurate. The crew members were friendly. Also, if you go to Mcd's often or even once in a while, use the McDonald's app, there are always discounts and deals available.
