Fantastic! Highly recommend the buffet for those unfamiliar with Puerto Rican food. Everything is tasty, and made fresh in small batches. They had Pernil on the day I went, and that was so delicious. There are only a few workers so don't expect constant service, despite this the staff is attentive. I highly recommend the tembleque for dessert.

The service is superb, the owner and staff are always making sure you have your drink refilled, or any other orders taken care of. Their buffet is fantastic, and THE STAFF CONTROLS the serving and food distribution so no one is meddling and playing around with food. I’m glad I found this place, home away from my home in Orlando FL. Definitely recommend it and do yourself a favor and order the fried yuca with garlic sauce! Delicious.

My brother devoured his pasteles and my platanos Fritos were delicious. The chicharones are small and not a lot of meat. Love the military discount and the people were super nice.

OK just let me say I am a little biased here, my wife is Puertorican, and I love everything about the food and culture. This restaurant has some of the best I have seen in the San Antonio area, I chose the shredded beef dish my wife had mofungo dish of course the yellow rice, tossed salad 🥗 and pastelillos, empanadas 🥟 it was all very good...like always check it out for yourself and you make the decision.

Great food! Can’t go wrong with the tripleta or the cubano! You also MUST try the orange sauce they have. It is delicious! They even sell it if you’re interested.

The buffet was good, I didn't know I was going to an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant. Also tried the fried yucca. Just try it . It's awesome. Just like a potato. French fry or baked potato. It was very delicious. And the smells alone are worth the visit. Nice people and they have Coke Zero. 😁😁👍🏽

Nice spot.. a decent buffet if want to try a different style of food. They had tilapia and pulled pork, different kinds of rice and beans, as well salad and dessert. The sandwiches ordered where on point. The Cubano made my son Cuban for the day hehe..was expecting a six inch based on pics .We got lunch and dinner today he ate half and rest later... Waitress was awesome 👌

Excellent first experience with Puerto Rican food. The owner was so friendly and explained things for us to try. I had the Plantano Loco Plate which a double fried green plantains sandwich stuffed with slowly cooked roast pork, ham and Swiss cheese. I had the arroz con gandules rice and maduros or tostones. Delicious! The husband had the buffet because he was going to have the Isla Vieques Plate which is the Tilapia fillet lightly breaded with topical seasoning, fried in a vegetable oil garnish with lime. He got arroz con gandules rice and and manduros. This was all on the Buffett so he got this plus got to try the pork. The husband is a picky eater and we both enjoyed the food and will be back!

I’ve never had Puerto Rican food and thank God I didn’t spend the rest of my life without trying it! I can’t recall the name of the dish I had for lunch, but everything was amazing! Definitely, definitely plan to go back before I leave San Antonio!

Feels like home❤️smells like home❤️🇵🇷 everytime I get to come to San Antonio I always make it a point to stop here and eat and have been since I was a teenager, going on 10years since I discovered this restaurant and I’m so glad I did. Home away from home🥹 even the music is the same as my family’s. You won’t be disappointed, keep this place open by stopping in for a bite to eat of authentic Puerto Rican food!😋
