The Angry Elephant

Great place with a good drink selection. Can get busy in the evenings, especially with live music, but lots of room. Multiple TV's for sports. It has a bay door they leave open the majority of the time, so it has a nice Icehouse (indoor/outdoor) feel to it. Small patio, also with TV's, with plenty of high top tables and chairs.

Decided to head out to the Angry Elephant for the Longhorns game! I had seen the hot dogs here on Elder Eats and decided to give them a try, and unfortunately they were a huge disappointment. Both my Uncle and I both agreed that the strange choice of bun was bland & dry and the chilli had very little flavor. We both removed the bacon because it tasted undercooked. On the upside the Wings were very tasty along with the mini corn dogs. The best part was the huge side salad that I sadly did not get a picture of. Salads here are highly recommended in my opinion. The atmosphere was nice and the service was great. I'll return again for the burgers next time around. All in all I had a great time nevertheless.

This place is great, been twice in about a month and each time they had live music on a Friday night that was great. The entire group enjoyed themselves. Service is good though they can get overrun as any bar does during busy times. The decor of the bar is awesome and they have darts, pool, and some video games.

I went here a couple of weeks ago, after or near 7-8 PM, and was shocked a little of how big the place was! I had the hot wings, and then played some pool, however I like non-bar types; so that's my personal obstacle haha! Service was always nearby and helpful! Next time I'm trying the hottest wings!!
