This is my 2nd visit to this new locations. So far I am pretty satisfied with my experience. The food is well prepared and service it good as well. The place maintains a clean environment. I would say that I noticed that servers are rookies. You can just tell specially when you are a type of person that eats out a lot. Despite that, they do a good job. They are very attentive.
This was our first visit. The service from entering to exit was excellent. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items.
They have a very large selection of beers to choose from, domestic, and imported to include craft beers. Some of them can be pricey, but they sure went down smooth.
The menu has a selection sure to meet all needs and varying tastes. The prices are a little higher than most but in my opinion it
was worth it given the overall experience.
This wouldn't be my first choice for a large family dinner gathering. If you want a nice quiet dinner for you and your wife or significant other than give it a shot. I feel you will be satisfied. I will definitely be visiting more often.

EDIT: The BJ's team, staff, cook and managers have redeemed their service, food and all around experience. We have returned several times and the food is great and SAFE for my daughter to eat. Many thanks to the entire team making our experience rewarding and enjoyable. Many thanks and apologies. Highly recommend their Prime Rib weekend special.
Our past experience at this location had been excellent; HOWEVER, that has not been the case the last two times. My daughter has a gluten allergy. She can't eat the sauce on the ribs. The last time they put sauce and had to have them replaced. We are currently sitting here waiting for the rest of her meal. Again, they put sauce on the ribs. They informed us after about a 30 minute wait, they made the ribs with sauce. My husband and I finished our meal and our daughter was still waiting for the food. They finally did bring her ribs without one of her sides. We have been another 10-15 minutes and she is STILL waiting for her green beans. The service has gone down hill in the short amount of time they have been open. It makes us want to drive all the way to the one next to Ikea off the 35. We were first offered a 50% discount. After waiting more time for the green beans, did they offer a full compensation.
I stopped in here cause they just opened it on my side of town. I've never been to one before cause I hadn't heard anything they stood out for. I will say the restaurant looked really nice. The service from our bartender Jackie was also great even with her being fairly new. It is a brewhouse but I don't remember any craft beers. Just alot of regular store beers. I only had appetizers. Which was the calamari. It was really good cause I had a second order. I have to go back and give them another try for dinner
My family and I went to BJ's after a horrible experience at Cheddars across the way and let me tell you... The staff, atmosphere, and food completely turned our night around. Everything was amazing from the moment we walked in. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were seated right away and even received complimentary kid starts which helped a LOT. All the food was delicious, my favorite was my dish the Spicy Peanut Chicken with Soba noodles, you have to try it! My family and I will definitely be back and I 100% recommend having a nice family outing at this establishment.

Might just be my OCD but parking lines aren't perfect. They're not perpendicular to the building like they should be. Slightly angled to the right.
Parking lot can get packed. If you have a big truck or SUV. Don't park in the front If you're not a good driver.
This was a solid first experience for us. We just had a midPM drink and appetizer. It was really good and comfortable. Be ready for the lavender drink as it has plenty for you.
We will try again for a full meal.
My server Kat was very knowledgeable on the menu. She was able to help me pick out the best beer to try and she was able to give me great detail about any drinks I was questioning on ordering. Overall she was very friendly and will definitely be asking for her again on my next visit.
Great service at the new Brooks location! Food was delicious. We had the couscous mac and cheese balls, chicken Cesar salad & French fries … all perfecto.
I came in with my family recently and we had an amazing experience at Brooks City Base! I don’t normally leave reviews but our food was amazing and so was the service. Our server was friendly and attentive. My Parmesan crusted chicken plate was delicious. Thank you for a great meal BJ’s
