Bj's Restaurant & Brewhouse

This was our first visit. The service from entering to exit was excellent. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. They have a very large selection of beers to choose from, domestic, and imported to include craft beers. Some of them can be pricey, but they sure went down smooth. The menu has a selection sure to meet all needs and varying tastes. The prices are a little higher than most but in my opinion it was worth it given the overall experience. This wouldn't be my first choice for a large family dinner gathering. If you want a nice quiet dinner for you and your wife or significant other than give it a shot. I feel you will be satisfied. I will definitely be visiting more often.

This is my 2nd visit to this new locations. So far I am pretty satisfied with my experience. The food is well prepared and service it good as well. The place maintains a clean environment. I would say that I noticed that servers are rookies. You can just tell specially when you are a type of person that eats out a lot. Despite that, they do a good job. They are very attentive.

EDIT: The BJ's team, staff, cook and managers have redeemed their service, food and all around experience. We have returned several times and the food is great and SAFE for my daughter to eat. Many thanks to the entire team making our experience rewarding and enjoyable. Many thanks and apologies. Highly recommend their Prime Rib weekend special. Our past experience at this location had been excellent; HOWEVER, that has not been the case the last two times. My daughter has a gluten allergy. She can't eat the sauce on the ribs. The last time they put sauce and had to have them replaced. We are currently sitting here waiting for the rest of her meal. Again, they put sauce on the ribs. They informed us after about a 30 minute wait, they made the ribs with sauce. My husband and I finished our meal and our daughter was still waiting for the food. They finally did bring her ribs without one of her sides. We have been another 10-15 minutes and she is STILL waiting for her green beans. The service has gone down hill in the short amount of time they have been open. It makes us want to drive all the way to the one next to Ikea off the 35. We were first offered a 50% discount. After waiting more time for the green beans, did they offer a full compensation.

A great experience from start to finish. The manager Roxy was extremely present throughout the dining room. She had such a welcoming presence and shows genuine care. The server Marco, was on top of refills and making sure for my birthday dinner with my family was a great experience. I am extremely impressed by the service. We will definitely come back and share our experience with my friends, colleagues. Thank you Roxy for your leadership that is clearly noticeable as the restaurant as a whole felt so welcoming.

High end atmosphere. Affordable dining. Might just be my OCD but parking lines aren't perfect. They're not perpendicular to the building like they should be. Slightly angled to the right. Parking lot can get packed. If you have a big truck or SUV. Don't park in the front If you're not a good driver.
