Whataburger

This location is More Than Awesome 🤩 I love the people who work here as well. Delilah, Chris, Morgan and Angel are great and give perfect customer service the restaurant is clean and everyone is happy. I love this location especially the night shift. I usually do Uber eats there if I don’t order my own food and I’d rather and prefer this location over any and many! keep up the good work satisfaction you guys are five star ⭐️😁✅

I would have given a 5*, but I didn't appreciate that I mentioned to them I was very thirsty and they didn't at least offer me water. I asked for a refill on my Pop drink from Circle K and the female that came outside to my car to give my free whata Jr told me she wasn't allowed to refill my drink with a beverage, but she could have refilled it with water or at least given me a water cup. I honestly was thirsty and I felt bad that I was treated that way. Great customer service can go a long way. Their food is always good though, but I recommend you eat inside for better customer service as everytime I go drive thru I am not treated as nicely as indoors.

I think we all know how Whataburger tastes at this point. But I just came to remind you that tua spicy ketchup is everything! Thank you to the person who invented that recipe. I had regular ketchup the other day somewhere else, and it was horrible! It just reminded me that whataburger ketchup is the best and I really wanted to go to a WTB place and make this review. Also, the only picture on the wall where it showed the burger prices for a few cents, kinda make me cry lol, we don’t have these prices anymore haha

I'd like to show recognition to Anthony for his amazing display of work ethic and costumer service. I frequent many Whataburger locations and you guys are always delivering both great food and service but his performance stood out to me today. He is quick on his feet, kind spoken, and focused on the costumers needs. Thank you kindly and thank you to the entire Whataburger team!
