Chipotle Mexican Grill

There are lots of Mexican restaurants in San Antonio, some are good, some are bad, and some are great. I believe that this chipotle restaurant is one of the great Mexican grill restaurants that you can attend to. Whenever I go to Chipotle, I either order a bowl or a burrito. The rice is perfectly cooked, it can be either white or brown rice. After that, you're able to pick your beans: Black or Pinto beans. Next is your choice of meat. There are many choices of meat and they also make new types of meats or foods for a limited time. The last step is for any toppings that you may want on your plate. I recommend getting Guacamole, lettuce, and sour cream to it with your plate and getting a fountain drink. These options will give you a nice place to eat with a plate that will make you full in a second.

I came late at night before close and ordered a quesadilla online. Unfortunately they were out of cheese , but I returned the next day and hands down had the best service from (Garry). I thank garry for the kind gesture as he didn’t have to remake my food or anything but he still took time out of his day to remake it. THANK YOU GARRY!

Rice seemed a bit old, but carne asada and guacamole were good and made up for it. Queso seemed way off, not sure what happened there. This location always seems to be dirty, at least the tables and floors and this day was no different. Only an issue considering how busy they were... Not busy at all.

Went in close to closing time and they didn't have everything I wanted and I felt like when they had a lot of food like rice and beans still out they barely gave us the normal amount that I would get at any other time of the day. I've seen what they throw out on a regular basis and so to give only half the amount I am used to getting really got to me. The chips were stale which is weird because I've saved the chips for the next day before from different orders and they weren't stale the next day. Makes me question how long those chips has been up there. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here after 8:30 because their food just isn't as good. Also I asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get one which is just a whole different issue that I couldn't understand why I wasn't able to get one. And wasn't informed about it until after I paid for my food.

So you aren’t gonna get anyone smiling because they are way to busy, but what you get is consistent good food and great customer service. The portions are phenomenal and the employees are concentrating on their jobs. No one is rude, the place is clean, very busy and you will love it if you have a big appetite. Definitely a place to get your eat on!!!

This was my first time here. Owen took my order and he was the 3 P's. Polite, Professional and Patient. Very good attributes to have in an employee. My food was prepared with care and was very tasty. The entire establishment was well layed out, designed and very clean. I will definitely be visiting here again. Thank you Owen for making my visit here such a great one!
