Me and my husband went to eat here. The food was very delicious we were very very very impressed and for the person who put this place down shame on you for saying that because Puerto Rican restaurants don't serve their food with tea.its either Malta or Coca Rico or certain soft drinks. When we went it was plenty of waitresses and we spent 45.00 as well for our food and we left a great tip for the person who served us. It was great great food. They are going too boom and become very big.because their food was very good. So please keep your comments to yourself when you start criticizing people restaurant about their decor. To the Conga family we loved it and we are going back and we are taking our family to eat there as well. Thank you for being so attentive and very kind to us. You have 5 stars from us. The staff was excellent and took the time to explain what was on the buffet. The food was delicious as was the coffee. Looking forward to coming back with family and friends. The pernil was full of flavor and tender. The black beans had such a great taste you could eat alone or with the scrumptious white rice. One of my favorites was the congri. The chicken soup reminded me of when I was a kid growing up in Miami and my mom would bring me home some delicious chicken soup with noodles. Thumbs up from both my son and I.
Lunch buffet was delicious!! First batch of chicken I ate from had been there a tiny bit too long and was a little hard (I ate it anyways lol) but a few mins later they brought out a fresh batch and it was AMAZING. Perfectly cooked and the rice dishes were so so good. Just found out about this place but it is so close to my house I want to go back already!

Excellent staff! Muy serviciales y atentos.
I asked to try the chimichurri sauce and they brought me a sample.It was delicious.
If possible please add Flan to dessert table �We will visit again.

Yummmy!!! You must come here. Their food is sooo delicious! This is going to be my go to spot for sure. Everybody there is very sweet and they make you feel like family. The food is fresh and authentic. I was very pleased!

Flavorful and authentic food. I was a little surprised it was a buffet but it ended up working out in our favor as everything was so good we had to go back for seconds! The staff was genuinely kind and helpful - we will be back!

Every thing I ate on their lunch buffet was excellent. I spent 3 years in Puerto Rico, glad to have a place like this to eat at. Loved the Shredded pork and Arroz con gandules. If they could import some Medalla Light, then it would be complete. :)

I love Congas. Food are delicious. They buffet are so yummy. Mofongo are so good. But what really make them 5 Diamond is the staff, from waitress to cook, they are all awesome people.i loved it.

The food is absolutely delicious if you go try the 12:00 to 3:00 buffet it has a variety of there menu options so you get to experience a mouthwatering of flavors. Absolutely amazing!!!!
This place just opened at the beginning of 2018 so support it and give it your business, it deserves to stay open. They offer a buffet 11am to 3pm they also offer full menu all day M-Sat 11am to 8pm and Sun 11am to 6pm. The buffet is limited but good variety of food and very tasty. The service is excellent. Even though i was having the buffet my server came around several times and my table never had dirty dishes after i went back for more food. They do serve Pepsi products from a fountain which i DO NOT like but that's a personal choice. They do offer bottled and can sodas also. The place is very clean and inviting. Give it a chance you will enjoy it
This place was incredible! The food was delicious and I found out later, they have a buffet they do around lunch. I will definitely be back to try everything during the lunch buffet. I ordered the steak with onions and my roommate got the fried pork. I was immediately regretting not getting what she got, because it was beyond words. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my steak but it seemed like steak ums compared to what she ordered lol I highly recommend this location!
Delicious and authentic dishes from Cuban and Puerto Rico. Highly recommend the ropa vieja and sandwich Cubano. If you're not sure what to eat try the sampler plate. The staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.
Great little hole in the wall place that the wife found. Awesome food! Great service!
As with most hole in the wall places, air conditioning might not be all that great. But the food and service made up for that, for me.

I had the Pechuga a la Plancha Criolla, and it was great! The chicken was very tender and the flavor was amazing!
I tasted a bit of the Rabo Encendido, my wife’s plate, and it to was very flavorful, and tender. For this who don’t know, it’s Oxtail, and until you’ve tried it don’t be turned off by that. It’s very Good!
Now the only reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the air conditioning in the place. It’s small, a feel of home cooking, but I can’t give half stars and this place was deserving of the extra half star just not five.
I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something new to try, or if you want great Puerto Rican or Cuban food.
Wow wow. Right around the corner from my work. Been twice now, once for lunch buffet and once just for the Cuban. The buffet is spectacular and was slightly different both times. The Cuban was incredible with large chunks of shaved meat and fresh fried plantain. The girls that work there and the owners daughter are all pleasant and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend.
Best Cuban Puerto Rican food in the entire San Antonio area. And I have tried them all. Wonderful boyfriend thank you for taking me to this spot, it has Good food , good music, GREAT SERVICE. Thank you guys for extending your love after you were closing. Thank you thank you.
Nice little restaurant for good Puerto Rican and Cuban food. Got the Papas Rellena (potato ball stuffed with ground beef) for an appetizer. Ropa Vieja and Bistec Encebollado for dinner. The aroz con gandules is a great side for any of the dishes. Also got the sweet plantains. All of it was very good. Service was very personable. Will definitely be back to try the buffet (served until 3pm on weekdays)!
Great lunch buffet!! Very casual - Seat yourself. Serve yourself. Pay at counter. It's best if you go with a Spanish-speaker. I'll to again.
Good food and great service, Lola is amazing and so nice. Had the lunch buffet, limited options but tasty. look forward to ordering a sandwich off the main menu on my next visit.. constant flow of customers so tells u something!
