Burger King

I had just about given up on Burger King until I noticed this location had reopened under new management. Wow -- best BK experience I've had in ages! Not only was the lobby open but it was clean as well. My chicken sandwich was hot, fresh and tender; the fries were piping hot and crispy. Staff was friendly and fast, plus were courteous enough to even bring my food to the table! Excellent job, guys!

I can honestly say this store has come a long way!!!!! The new staff is great. The young lady Patty or Patricia at the drive thru is always kind and always greats with a smile shes there ALL DAY!!! They may be short staffed and lines are long but the food is fresh and made correctly every time, well at least mine is. So i hope everyone is treating them good as they are trying their best to keep the business going! Good JOB!

They were not wearing gloves. Gave me like 5 tiny pieces of lettuce. Didn't get straw for my drinks left out my baby apple juice. One of the girl employees had a bad attitude. I guess they got mad bc I had to explain we are in the middle of a pandemic. The person taking the money grapped and gave me ketchup. After touching the window and taking our card. I explained that they could contaminate someone's food by doing that. Worst service I received in a long time. Tried calling no one answered. Do not go here the manager was Roderick. They need to be trained on customer service and safety regulations due to covid.

extremely POOR management. The manager whose name is Ms.Veronica does not know how to deal with customers. Got such a small order wrong. Argued with me on drive thru when i asked about her ridiculously less and small ice-cream cones in my order. When I complained about the wrong order her attitude was too much! Not a single time she apologized to us! Even after I told her that how she didnt apologize to us, EVEN then she didn’t utter a word of sorry! Extremely unprofessional!!! How are burger kings hiring like that?? I even complained to the district manager

Went there this morning at 7 am. They open at 6. Placed our order but they did not have biscuits ready. According to the very overwhelmed employee, Monday’s are inventory and she has to open the Resturant by herself. Unfortunately no breakfast for my son. We also went on Friday at 6:45 am… sign said they were opening at 7. This restaurant typically looks closed, add the lack of staff and their ability to open on time or provide key menu items this place should be a hard pass for anyone. CFA is located behind them just an fyi.

I remember coming to this location years ago and it doesn't surprise me to see that this place still gets negative reviews. Back when I used to come to this location, I went inside the store and was waiting for my food for a long time and noticed that people who came after me were getting their food. So I walked up closer to the front counter to find out what was going on and the employee goes "Are you still waiting on your food?" and of course I was irritated for the 20 minute wait, so I responded "Uh, yeah?" In a frustrated tone. Without apologizing, the employee goes "Don't give me attitude!" And when I finally got my food, the employee shouts out "You gonna get shot!" I tried to call the store back to complain to a manager, but the phone kept disconnecting or was out of service. Since then, I have never been back to that location. Beyond unprofessional and horrible service.
