The place was very fast and friendly. The only thing was that it was very, very cold and the employee stated that they couldn't adjust the temperature because the box was locked. They've been waiting for the higher ups come to adjust for 2weeks already.

This goes out to the two John's at 1ish or 2ish in the morning. Great service, great jokes great people. Obviously, this location has gone through some changes. Three years ago I had a horrid experience there and vowed never to return. However I moved basically across the street and gave this place another chance, maybe management has changed. Well from the start of my order I was amused food was hot and fresh and John hooked a sistah up. I worked fast food over two decades ago and what he did is something I would do all the time. I have to find a way to return the favor. It was appreciated I am now a loyal customer.

Idk about other shifts but the morning shift is always so great. I come through every Thursday by 10:30 and the food is always hot and the service is fast & everyone is polite.

Food was hot and fresh. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the fries were slightly overcooked. The fries were hot but too crunchy, borderline hard. The service was fast and courteous. I'm sure the fries issue is an isolated issue. I will definitely go back to this whataburger.

My son likes the bbq strip sandwich but has to have everything not touch till he does his thing. This Whataburger has been great every time. It is especially great the way this store is with special orders due to allergies.

Much improved location. I have eaten hete in over a years. Food prep is great. No patties precooked on side of grill. At least not this time. I complimented the MOD, who happened to be on the grill.

The food and service was excellent as always. They treat you like a regular the first time. They make it just the way you like it so you never have to send it back. There was close parking for my parents who have trouble walking long distances.

They didn't use gloves to fix my mother's sandwich. Was going to tell them to remake everything but only god knows how clean this place is. Ended up just throwing out our order and buying food from somewhere else.
