This place is great! The big guy with the dreads hooked me up and helped me with an issue with the app. It was just the phone acting up. Anyways he helped me and I am very satisfied with the excellent service!! 11/10 experience! Would definitely recommend!

Recently had a few experiences with other Sonic locations that left a less than desirable taste in my mouth. Came to this location twice recently after the other locations in the area, and I have to say....this is the only one I'll be coming to now! Matt has been who took my order and brought my food out to me both times, and he was extremely polite and friendly, as well as making sure everything I ordered was included! This shouldn't seem like a big thing, but taking into account my experiences at the other locations...it was really nice to get fantastic service again! Thank you, Matt!

I was here 3 weeks ago, there was only 2 employees the time we went. The gentleman that took our order was very polite and did his best. Though they were out of the slushie I wanted and we're unable to substitute cheddar cheese for a softer cheese, I gave them five stars because of the employee's sincerity.

We went to Sonic at approximately 5:45 for a quick bite for my son. We had been waiting like 15 minutes for food and then they told us that they are shutting the store down for the day. At 6pm??? We couldn't even get a refund to leave because the manager wasn't there. So we are stuck waiting some more for our food. After waiting and waiting and being asked 4 times what our order was we were given our food. By then it was 6:21pm.
Once we left I realized they didn't give us a receipt. Or any condiments, napkins or anything. The guy told us that the manager walked out so they decided to close down the place. So we ended up having to wait over 35 minutes for a junior burger, tater tots, a corn dog and a slushie... Unbelievable! We will not be returning again!

Took 25 min for 2 shakes. Last time I was there it took 20 min for a coke and 2 slushes. They need a better system. I think the pay is bad. That makes the workers not driven to give speedy or proper service. If I didn't like the ice so much. I wouldn't go bk. But it does keep me from going frequently.
