First time trying Firehouse. The bread was nice and crispy, and the melted cheese was good. I liked it ALot. I've gotta drop in again soon and try another.
First time to this location, hands down I’ll take a fire house sub over a bland subway. Restrooms were decent, location was clean for a Sunday evening. I was pretty sympathetic to listening to the employees voice some of the issues with management about being short staffed etc. They seemed like decent kids, management should take some leadership and ownership and hear them out or at least offer some transparency as to why the issues they are raising aren’t being addressed. The food is delicious but the location could use some additional housekeeping. Something unfortunately that can’t happen if they are short staffed.
I love this location, the employees are always fast and friendly. The food is fresh, I've been coming here for 10 years!
Amazing location! It was cool and very clean, the food was fresh and well made and the employees were helpful and polite. First time eating there and will definitely be coming back!

I drop by this particular Firehouse Sub on occasion on m way home from work. The workers are always friendly and helpful. This past Wednesday, though, they were over the top helpful! I ordered my sandwich (always delicious) and when I went to retrieve my wallet to pay, I couldn’t find it anywhere. So I told the cashier to not make the sandwich because I couldn’t find my wallet to pay. He said, “ don’t worry about it. We get a free meal each shift, so I’ll just give you mine.” I said I couldn’t do that several times, but he insisted. Wow! I couldn’t believe he would do that! And when I found my wallet in my car and came back to pay up, both of the young men behind the counter would not let me reimburse them. I was so, so impressed by their thoughtfulness! I would love to give the young man who took my order and wouldn’t let me pay a shoutout by name, but sadly, I am getting old and cannot remember it. I know it started with a “D” and was something like “Dominique”. But I am not sure. Anyway, thank you so very much for your generous and thoughtful behavior! I sincerely appreciated it.
I love the subs here. They always taste great. Always get greeted when walking in. I also buy the pickle buckets there that help support our Firemen. I use them for my garden and other stuff.

My boyfriend and I came to this location because the one we would typically go to closes at 7. We will always come to this location from here on out! Eddie was very kind when I spoke to him over the phone. He also was really friendly and loved our nerd attire like my Zelda scarf and his Assassin's Creed jacket. Eddie and the crew were focused on our order and customer service. Both were superb! My boyfriend always orders with no mayo and places often get this wrong. Not Firehouse! The orders were perfect. The location was also super clean. Our wait was also super short! I loved how the crew had the spear pickles ready for the sandwiches to come. We always have a great time at Firehouse but this location went above and beyond. Thank you, Firehouse Subs (and Eddie!)
