It seems like I catch this place super busy every time I come here. This evening was no different. I had to wait in line while the young man at the register talked to what happened to be class mates or friends of some sort. I don't have an issue with spending a minute with your customer but pulling
Great food, but I really wish the teens working here would wear hair nets - lots of fluffy do's untamed. Also, making a burrito & then writing with a marker on the order & then making the next person's food with the same gloves on isn't sanitary. The cashier should be the only one handling the pen;
Update; We've been here several times and most recently, October 1st for lunch. The food is constantly good but, the service today was pretty slow.
Came here on May 6th and it was our first time to this location. The food was good, so we'll be back.
For real thou, why is it okay for customers to get in the employee's face for things out of her control?! In my opinion I thought the customer was rude and way out of line. So they don't have what you want...there are like 5 other places in the same strip of businesses. Move on! Anyway...my lunch
Came here to grab a steak bowl before heading to the hotel. Quick service and friendly staff. Food tasted great. Decent portion size and definitely didn't try to skimp on rice or meat like other locations I've been to. Great job.
This one of the smallest Chipotles I've ever been to, but it gets just as crowded as any other location. I've never actually stayed to eat - I always take my food to go. Even when it's busy they get through the line pretty quickly and I very much appreciate that. The staff here are always very nice.
No taco shells at 8 pm, Got home and found charged for extra $9.10 it (chicken salad), but went back next day and they very happily took care of it and apologized. Food was great too!
The manager is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, this whole location really takes care of you.. and the food is always AMAZING 🔥🔥 always quick service even w/ big lines!!❤️
The best....simply the best. Mike the manager is friendly. The staff is awesome. Great food and service. You will miss out by not stopping in. Take a load off and avoid rush HOURS traffic. I did and boy is it worth it. Try it.
Im trying to figure out how we can get a Chipotle out in Spring branch/bulverde area 😊 i got to this location about 15 before they closed and were out of almost everything!!! I wish it was closer to save me a drive and be able to make it on time when i get off work! 🙂
I recently asked why literally everything taste spicy, I was told that it's designed that way. I was not aware of this, the food was hot and tasted good.
